Grub Hub is the biggest rip off in the world. They have so many problems with the orders, and they say it’s the customers fault. They double charge me on $50 worth of Taco Bell food today. And I only ordered 20. And now they say they can’t help me because they’ve helped me in the past with their bad orders. One time they sent the driver almost 2 hours away to get food and it was like three hours late cold and all mushy and crappy. They just are a bunch of online thieves. that are out to get your money. That’s all they care about. Amazon Prime offers them for free through their prime membership. Don’t fall for it at all and I’m also going to notify Amazon Prime about it. They have such poor customer service. It is unreal and that’s all those foreigners are out for is money, money money. Can’t even understand them when they talk. !! And their customer service skills suck they over talk you and hang up on you and all. It’s the worst company I have ever dealt with and I have ran some big big companies in the United States. Stay away from them. Use DoorDash.!! I have never ever had a problem with DoorDash.

Placed order and about 25 minutes later I received a message to keep my phone handy the driver was arriving soon. I waited another 10-15 minutes while the map showed the driver within a couple houses from mine. Finally my app showed my order was delivered but it wasn't on my doorstep. I called the driver April and she said that she left our order on a snowbank. My husband walked up and down the street and our order was nowhere to be found so I checked for the photo the driver leaves when delivered and there was no photo. I called the driver back and asked where she left our food and why was it left in the snow bank and she told me that she tried calling me and then grubhub tried calling me (Yet I never received a call) and grubhub told her to leave our food in a snow bank. She said she had to pick up another order in 10 minutes and would not come back. I dont think she ever dropped our order at all. Who leaves food in the snow without taking a picture. Driver April then said she contacted the company to have me deactivated from using grubhub. Driver April in Pocatello Idaho is dishonest and should not b e delivering at all.

Do not use this service!!!!! This is the second time after waiting over an hour for my food that Grubhub cancelled my order for no reason. They texted me after over an hour that they canceled my food and will refund me the money. I called them and was told the restaurant was closed. I called the restaurant and they said they were open and don’t understand what happened either. The Grubhub customer service was not helpful at all. Grubhub said they called the restaurant to see if they were actually opened and of course they were for another two hours. All I was told from Grubhub was “ Sorry we can’t do anything.”

They canceled our first order without explanation. We ordered again from other place and they told us that they can't assign anyone for 30 min. We tried to cancel and they told us that we can't cancel. After talking g to manager they offered us a $10 refund for first order. We are now waiting for food for 90 min. We will not use their service again. Horrible customer treatment.

missing items from orders? too bad...their so called "Help" link doesn't even connect with anyone...and if you call the restaurant, they tell you that you need to contact Grubhub...I'm done with them... use them at your own risk because they don't give a sh^t.

Grubhub is a pathetically run company with customer service agents that can barely speak English. Any time you have any sort of questioning about what happened with your order, they will hang up. I will never even try with this pathetic company again. Awful business.

I invited guests over for dinner and a movie and ordered $113.00 worth of Thai food. An hour after ordering they said it was delayed. Another 30 minutes later I got another delay. Meanwhile we are starving and I’ve got Grubhub on chat to find out what’s going on. The food arrives cold, meat is over cooked and dried out, the panang was extremely spicey and I requested NO SPICY on all dishes it makes me sick. Of course I woof down 2 big cold spoonfuls and my stomach is hurting so bad. My company decided to go pick up something else. Meanwhile Grubhub wants to offer me $5 off my next purchase. Wtf? WHY WOULD I ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN? They should take off half my bill. It was awful. Don’t ever order from them!!!!!

The ONE industry that GrubHub, just like door dash and Uber eats doesn't care to cater to are security officers. Literally standing next to a Seattle address while on shift for 16 hours and I can order Nothing from GrubHub because the Wendy's restaurant which is 1.5 miles away is 500 feet outside the delivery zone. The GrubHub App and browser says that the address 590 1st ave s. Seattle WA is not valid and does not exist. The rep on the phone refuses to assist in any way. All they care about is just the bare minimum to get by. GOD FORBID ANYONE TO GO ABOVE AND BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY.

Grubhub does not hold the restaurants accountable for wrong order nor do they issue full refunds. I even offered to send pic of my order from chipotle but they wouldn't listen .

I'm done with grub hub. Most of my deliveries were delivered without a problem. But three of them were a nightmare. Today 2/26/24 was ridiculous. I work at a city campus, so I make sure to give specific directions. I placed my order. Waited an hour, then I received a text stating that my food was delivered. Usually there is a photo. I look all over the campus. I called the driver, Kelvin 3 times and no answer. It went straight to voicemail. I text him and asked him where he delivered my food. He didn't text back. So I reach out to Grubhub chat and asked them to reach out to the driver. All I wanted was my food. They do, and he lied to the representative stating he talked to me and received my order. At this point, I'm livid and hangry. So asked them to resend my order and pair me with a different driver. I text Kelvin and saying he lied and I was reporting him. I was letting it go. Nope, Grubhub paired me with the same driver! I couldn't believe it. Why would I trust him to deliver my food for a second time?? The rep on the chat said it was an automatic pairing and it couldn't be helped. I asked for a supervisor and spoke with Rhea who was incredibly rude and unhelpful. She said they couldn't cancel while he was in route. I was floored. I ended up calling the customer service number and spoke with a real supervisor, Jill who cancelled my order and refunded me she was nice and easy to talk to. Don't waste your time talking to the online chatroom. They do not care.

I will never use grub hub ever ! I had one order from shake shack that was set for one time then all of a sudden it changed to being delivered two hours later . I contacted customer service cancelled my order giving credit and I then ordered something else because I trusted then ordered again and it was wrong I contacted them advised them how i’m so disappointed and the rep just responded i can give you a refund !

We ordered meals for 4 people, had denied our credit cards x3 then accepted the 4th card,charged to that card...but never received our meals. Grubhug when called had no record of order. Will NEVER try this site again.

I was so mad! Waited 2 hours for my order. Contacted customer support saying his going to double check my order. Got a text from customer support saying my order will be arriving at 10 plus, so | waited 15 min. to arrive, but it didn't arrive, got text stating my order was cancelled. Very mad!!! because it was very late to order now! Horrible place to order! I would never order again in this place!

They never delivered my food. They said it was cancelled but did not provide a reason. I had to call and find out it was given to the wrong driver. Sooo…. No food. Terrible service.

They send you the wrong food and refuse to refund your money. A 49.00 order and you get a 6.44 order that is stealing as far as I am concerned. Rude people is what they are...

They have terrible systems and has bad delivery drivers. I have 2 restaurants and has a problem with 1 order 2-3 drivers shows to pick up that order that has been already picked up. I have to call so often , I don’t think grubhub knows what they’re doing.
