Ordered food they said 40 minutes. Texted me when it was late and said another 40 minutes. An hour later they texted me to see how my food was. I never received it 2.5 hours later. They tried to say it was delivered. It was not. They finally said they would give a refund. But in 5 business days. Honestly! How could anyone use them. They take your money then accuse you of reviewing the food. They are the worst unreliable company. I would never use them again!

Grub hub honestly sucks. They have the worst drivers, they never deliver on time and their drivers deliver to wrong addresses 🤦🏾‍♀️just save your time and download a different app.

Ordered with Grubhub today at 1:00 and eta of order was 1:43pm. At 1:43 I received and update say 2:09 then 2:43. I called the restaurant at 2:15 and they still hadn't received the order from Grubhub. The manager also mentioned this has been an ongoing issue with Grubhub and they are at their mercy. Now I am on the phone with Grubhub and all they are concerned with is if I am going to cancel the order. I was placed on hold from Grubhub rep 7 minutes ago......

I have had good experiences in the past but more recently have not been so great . The app has glitched more than once and input various addresses. Have also had issues with ordering food and the food I order is not available. Which I’m not told till the ordered has gone through and apparently it’s impossible to do /understand to change one ingredient in the meal to something they do have . You have to call corporate to cancel an order 🤬🙄

I ordered with Grubhub and was told the restaurant would handle delivery. Thirty minutes after my delivery time, I contacted the restaurant and was informed they do not offer delivery. When I called Grubhub, I was asked if I wanted to either pick my food up or cancel my order. I wanted my food delivered. We picked up our hour-old food and will never order from them again.

I placed my order and immediately realized my work address was the default. My bad,, but then there is no way to cancel the order or change the delivery address. The help section said to contact customer care but the link to the number took me to a recording saying this Grubhub number is an unmentioned number, so that was no help. I tried to call the restaurant to see if they could cancel my order but I was on hold for 12 mins, all the while receiving texts from grubhub that my order is being prepared and the driver is in route to the restaurant. I realize I made a mistake but this company doesn't make it easy to correct it. I ended up texting the driver and offering more $ for him to come to my home which is 13 miles from my work address. Not user friendly, No helpful customer service. Use postmates or Uber eats. Grubhub has been problematic for me every time, one way or another.

They never refunded for bad food but say it will be in 3-5 days. Ask for printout of all refunds. Holding for and hour and hung up on. This company need to be put out of business. I know in not the only one they continue to rob!!!!

ordered food at 7pm and was told it would be there at 8:05. Then got a text it was moved to 9pm. food showed up at 10:15 and it was cold.

Last 2 delivies never arrived. Horrible customer service. You have to wait 1 hour for delivery and it never shows up. Won't be ordering through grub hub again

Hire drivers that actually answer the phone!! I watched this idiot drive the longest route to pickup my food and then go south when I live north! I watched this idiot pass my bldg 3 times!!! Then deliverd an inaccurate order that was cold! NEVER AGAIN!!

GrubHub seems to be out to screw you over at every turn I had to wait at a restaurant for 10 minutes to get to the speaker to tell them that I had an order they told me to proceed to the window when I did and I got there 20 minutes later they told me they couldn't fill my order because breakfast with already over and they didn't even have the items that were ordered so instead of giving me even a dollar or two for wasting my precious time they screwed me over and didn't give me one f****** penny so if I were you I wouldn't even think about working for GrubHub they screw you every chance they get

I wouldn’t recommend using this service, when there are so many other options. Today my food was supposed to arrive at 6:45. Well at 6:35 I get a notification my order was cancelled. When I called the restaurant to see what happened they told me the drivers card was declining and they couldn’t give him my food. So instead of grub hub sending another driver they just sent me an email saying they refunded me. When I called grub hub they had me on hold trying to resolve the issue while my food sat at the restaurant getting cold. After a good 45 mins they apologized saying all I can do is reorder and they will give me 20% off my next order, as if I’d order from them again. So an hour later I had to go pick up my food and my family and I didn’t get to eat until 7:30pm. Worst delivery service ever!

Grub hub said they would deliver in one hour. After 1 hour 10 min I called the restaurant who said our food was ready and had been sitting for a while. All while my order showed the restaurant was making our food. Called grub hub who Says they can’t find a driver. Really bad service. Then I get a call from the restaurant saying the order needs to be paid for. I call grub hub and they offer a refund plus 15% off. I let them know I was an avid user of doordash and their offer was ridiculous. Will NEVER use them again. Btw, while searching to give a review I noticed they have just over 1 star.....shocker, this is why I will Always use doordash

Ordered dessert for my children and myself. When the food finally came I realized one item was missing and a child upset. That's when I finally get a notification that part of my order was canceled. WAIT. WHAT!! Part of my order canceled. When I contacted customer service about this and why I wasn't offered a replacement or a full cancelation of order all I got was sorry. Well your not the one de as long with a crying child because nobody can pick up a phone let alone notify in advance. Done with Grub Hub. This seems to be a norm f fg r them

EXCESSIVE FEES - AND I HAVE AN ACCT. DO NOT USE. See below bc I was charged $1.99 for delivery but I have GrubHub acct & charged $2.40 Service Fee plus I had to pay taxes and a tip- so a $23.98 dinner bill became over $35.00...smh. Items subtotal: $23.98 Delivery fee: $1.99 Sales tax: $2.58 Service fee: $2.40 Driver tip: $5.00 Total: $35.95

I've had several experiences like this. I ordered my meal and an hour later my order was cancelled. I called the resteraunt and they let me know they never got the order and no longer work with delivery sites. I had to wait another hour for my dinner to come. This is unacceptable.

I ordered food at 8:50 and waited an hour and a half for my food to never arrive. I tracked the driver going to the restaurant after they pushed my estimated time back twice and then received a cancellation message. No one was actually helpful even though I contacted three different customer service people and they all told me the same thing and I’m sure the driver just took my food. Lame as hell. I’d give it negative stars if I could.
