Won't use Grubhub for Business Ever Again. I made a purchase for my employees using my company credit card. I need to rectify my receipts at the end of the month. I cannot download a receipt from the app and the website refused to believe that I was a human. I asked for help in the chat and was told to go to the website (tried, can't) or to screenshot the receipt from the app. What?? Do you really think that AP is going to accept a screenshot? Back to Doordash for all Co meals.

I do.not suggest anyone ever use Grub Hub. They get orders wrong and expect you to pay for their mistakes. Now I use Uber Eats as they are competent and Grub Hub should go out of business.

I received 2 gift cards for grub hub. I have been unable to redeem them because each time I try and error message appears. I have tried every sort of troubleshooting..reinstall the app, try on the website...all with the same results. I called the number on the back of the card and they had no answers..wanted me to send a pic, and wanted the contact information of the people who gave the cards to me. Ii have no desire to use grub hub again.

Grubhub does not pay what it owed to their drivers. I signed up and waited 2 weeks to receive pay for delivery I made and finally got a email stating my pay had been sent back to grubhub. Sorryest company I have ever experienced as a independent contractor.

They keep delivering to the wrong address. Again it happened today. I have to wait for everything for redelivery or just get a credit. I don't think they really care. Sometimes they find the order and it's ice cold . I have even had a driver not pick up an order because they didn't feel safe in a good neighborhood.

I ordered Red Robin thru Grubhub. 2 burgers, 1 with onion rings and 1 with sweet potato fries. $80! The order took over an hour to get to my salon (no way to reheat), COLD! My estimated time for delivery was 30 minutes. Messy food (that's on Red Robin). I'll never order thru Grubhub again. 100% disappointed. 1 out of 10

Ordered 3 different times and all those orders got cancelled by Grubhub when they failed guaranteed delivery times. Orders did not get cancelled immediately. Cancellation always occurred after 1-2 hrs of waiting for your food. Orders always got cancelled despite mapping showing your food was on the way. Cancel the Grubhub app and switch to DoorDash because it’s obvious that Grubhub can’t fulfill orders which is the purpose of this app! .

I used to order from GrubHub multiple times a week and now I’ll never use them again. For the second time an order that is 10 minutes down the street is taking almost 2 hours to get here and I cannot cancel it and you get on chat with AI to offer you a five dollar credit that you’ll never use again because they’re terrible. Do not use the service! It is awful!

I don’t know what’s going on with GrubHub. They used to be great but lately they keep moving my time my food is supposed to arrive and it’s never less than an hour before it gets here even from something that’s only a mile from my house and then I have to eat something that’s nasty and cold and soggy and disgusting and they won’t even give me the option to go pick it up. I have to sit and wait for it to be delivered. I’m over GrubHub. I will never use it again. I don’t know what’s going on in Houston, but I would never ever suggest using GrubHub

I used to use this service 3x week. But in my new city (Laredo, TX), orders don't get picked up until 2 hours after the order is made, and half the time the order is canceled HOURS after it's made (tonight's was a 6pm order, I got a cancellation at 8:15pm). Their prices have become astronomical. Save your money and your time, don't use them.

Orders consistently screwed up. Items missing, orders dropped st incorrect address, etc etc. Never had these issues with DoorDash. Definitely will be switching back.

I entered my street address, placed my order, then on the confirmation screen I saw it sent my order to a franchise location 30 minutes from my house. There should be a cancel button immediately on the confirmation screen. I went immediately to the help section to cancel and it told me the order was sent and nothing can be done. I only ordered through here because my company gave me a gift card. I always order through Uber Eats if a restaurant doesn't do their own ordering. Uber Eats also allows for order canceling/modification through the app. I would never recommend Grub Hub to anyone, and by the review here it looks like a lot of people feel the same.

I called for a food delivery. The initial time given me was approximately 41 minutes. It ended up being about an hour plus change. The driver stopped to make a grocery delivery and then headed to get my food. By the time I got it the hot parts were cold. The cold drink was warm anwatered down from the melted ice. The driver was supposed to call and instead sent a picture of the food on my porch. I will never use grub hub again and actually regret giving the driver a nearly $6 tip for such spectacularly lackluster service.

I will never use this app again!!! I kept thinking it was just a 'bad day...but EVERY single time is awful!! The food is always late and cold. Don't waste your money using this service!!

Horrible customer service. The driver picked up our food and proceeded to drive around for 90 minutes in the car, while stopping and shopping at stores. Food arrived completely cold and we had no way to reheat it. Spent over $60 and didn’t want to eat cold cheese and nachos. Disgusting. Customer service offered us $5 back. Seriously? After all the fees they charge can’t even get your food warm

If I could rate a Zero I would. We ordered a late Valentines Day dinner from a great local restaurant. The time kept getting updated later and later, and the restaurant reached out to me saying the driver never came. I contacted customer service via chat and they said the order was "auto canceled". I asked who canceled it, and was told the restaurant did, which was not true! My card wasn't charged, but otherwise no concern from customer service at all! Do not use this service if you actually want to get your food!
