These people drive cars but can't even READ the correct addresses 100% of the time. Grubhub is about as useful as Dust. Lol and then they expect a 50$ tip for services "they can't even do correctly." I've seen actual insects smarter than most GrubHub drivers. It's no wonder why most don't get paid their all useless, lol why would I pay for someone to NOT deliver the food. Nah bruh couldn't be me.

This service SUCKS! Usually you have to wait a LONG time to receive your food. I get notifications stating courier is in way to deliver , then another saying restaurant is preparing order. I’ve had to go through hoops and bounds to communicate with customer service to have order cancelled and refunded. And this has happened the last three orders. Wind up eating chips or a glass of milk because of the ineptitude. Also compare prices on restaurants website and those on Grubhub and they are much higher on Grubhub! Service needs a complete overhaul. Amazon should negotiate with Uber Eats - they are the Best at this service! Grubhub is simply not worth it, even if I get it for free.

I cannot believe GrubHub charged me $11.87 in fees, not including tax for $7.43 of food! I live maybe 6 miles from the restaurant. What a freaking rip-off! I'll never use them again!!

I qualified for lowest price guaranteed. It was a $15 dollar difference. I submitted the photo of the lower offer. GrubHub refused to grant me the difference and also refused to tell me the reason why. Costumer support was terrible, online chat was terrible. I will be deleting the App and i will never use GrubHub again. Fraud and price gouging at its finest.

I am never ordering food from Grub Hub again. Their orders are almost always wrong or missing items. Today, I called them repeatedly about a missing Coke and they cursed at me and hung up on me five times. Many restaurants have lost their good reputations because of Grub Hub.

I only started using GrubHub because the plus was free with prime, but I’m going back to DoorDash. Every time I order something, the drivers are so incompetent. It’s either that, or there’s just no driver for an hour. Customer service isn’t helpful at all, they just continuously offer coupons, but I don’t want to use it anyways. I’ve used it three times so far, trying to give it a chance, and it’s been horrible every time. It’s just no wonder it’s not used much.

Paid for my order. Received notification that it had been delivered contactless to the lobby of my hotel. Went to the lobby, no pizza. Called Marco's and was told that they don't know where my pizza is, don't have a driver to send a new pizza, and all they can offer me is a refund. It was late everything was closed. I had my niece with me, ended up having ice cream for dinner. This was on a Saturday. I could see the charge pending with my bank but no credit. Charge cleared my bank on Tuesday, still no credit. Called the store and was told that they can't find any record of my order and there is nothing they can do. I found the email confirmation of the original order but that wasn't enough for them. Email stated that the order was to be delivered through grubhub. Called grubhub, they can see my order but refused to refund me because they only offer refunds within 48 hours of the original purchase. Stated that I failed to notify them within 48 hours despite the fact that I called Marcos 13 minutes after my pizza was supposedly delivered. I will attempt to dispute the charge as fraud through my credit card. They took my money. Gave me nothing. Left my niece and I in a hotel full of Hurricane evacuees with no dinner. Refused to deliver a new pizza. And now refuse to return my money despite offering me a refund. Essentially this is theft. The one star rating is FAR too high.

Expired freezer burnt food was delivered. They offered to only give me a credit on future purchases. Of course this site won't upload the pictures of the nasty food.

If I could give a 0 I would. Order after order is delayed for an hour customer service is a joke they need to get their act together way better off using Uber eats or DoorDash

Once again someone else got a free meal because my order was delivered to the wrong address. The photo is not my residence. Missing food, missing orders, happens to often. They will refund if you report it but it just keeps happening.

I attempted to place an order on GrubHub, which I do regularly on Tuesdays and Fridays, but I was blocked. The application told me to contact customer care to place my order. GrubHub also removed all my payment information with no warning or explanation. I called customer care to get an explanation for what was happening, but they told me they could not help me. They said they would send my information to a different team but refused to let me know when I would hear back. The rep told me there was a security issue, so I demanded they let me know what was happening. When a rep tells you there is a security issue with your account, and all your payment information is missing, hearing "I can't help you" is not reassuring. I escalated to a manager who read from the same exact script. Five minutes later, I received an email saying my account had been closed, with no real explanation other than violating "Your Content and Conduct." Obviously... this is in retaliation for me telling the CS Manager the service I received in the call was unacceptable. I did not raise my voice. Used professional language. GH can even review the call and see that is the case. Verson G is the person responsible for the account closure, but of course, I cannot contact that person because that would be far too efficient and helpful. I have never filed a complaint with a restaurant or driver. I have never had an adverse interaction with any restaurant or driver. I have never received any notification of any problems. Just a notification that my account was closed and no attempt to explain what "security incident" caused my credit card information to be removed from my account. I want a full explanation of what happened and what is being done to address the "security incident."

For the past month, their service has been in decline. Tonight was the last straw. Ordered dinner from my family from raising canes only half of my order showed up. The driver blatantly lied to me, saying that was all that raising canes gave her to deliver. I called the restaurant myself to complain and they said that they were not a direct partner with GrubHub. They said that GrubHub drivers have to come in the dining room or go through the drive-through to place the orders. GrubHub would not accept responsibility for their driver screwing up my order. I deleted the app and removed all of my information. Never will. I use them again.

Grub Hub is the worst.... They have treated my request for a rightful refund due to me with no regard or understanding of the true issue. They have charged my credit card twice for $67.86 on the same date for 1 order delivered once. I have proof of this; the restaurant confirmed there was only one delivery. Grub Hub has taken a hardline stance. I want to go on record that I was outwardly cheated by Grub Hub.

Grubhub app is misleading. Beware. The app allows a person to "make additions" to am order before said order has been completed; however, you WILL PAY DOUBLE in delivery fees!!!! Same driver, but double delivery price!

They robbed me. I placed a meal order, but the delivery driver texted me saying he couldn’t deliver because he had been waiting at the restaurant for 30 minutes and the meal was not ready. He told me to cancel the order. I had no choice, and tried to cancel it, but the orer status showed as completed, so I couldn’t cancel the order. I told the delivery driver, but he couldn’t help me. I then contacted Grubhub via online chat to report the situation. They told me apologized for the inconvenience but told me they couldn’t issue a refund. I call the corporate office and sent them the conversation I had with the delivery driver. It was clear that the meal was never delivered, but their “supervisor” once again responded with, “sorry for your experience, but we cannot issue a refund. I asked why? But he gave no reason, only repeating. “sorry for your experience, but we cannot give you a refund. Then, he said, If you have further concerns, I am going to end the phone. Then he hung up on me. This has been the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had . They took my money, did not pay panda express because mean was not picked up. I couldn’t believe this happened with such a large company. It feels like they’re robbing and deceiving their customers.

Driver didn’t follow instructions on order. Bridge is out by our house and put that in the delivery instructions to take the other road that avoids that bridge. Driver instead of following the instructions went to the closed bridge and then cancelled the order. Should have taken the extra 5 minutes to drive around to the road left in the instructions. Then their customer service center called and told me it was cancelled and I explained that there is 3 other ways to get to our house that aren’t closed. She then told me she credited the order instead of having the driver deliver it. Then she hung up on me. Absolutely disgusting customer service.

My food arrived late and cold. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened with Grubhub. The delivery location was within a 2 mile radius. I paid for priority delivery. Never again!

What went wrong everything grubhub is a mess The driver got lost and he blamed me for it and he didn't get all my food and it was all wrong never doing GrubHub again
