It’s absolutely absurd that you, grub hub, allow prices to be charged at 30% higher than actual menu prices. Not worth it. Will never use grub hub again

Back office staff doesn't know to count. Or read Invoice. I have attached the receipt send by grubhub. Please do the total yourself and let me know how is their Gen Z doing their work . After doing the calculations all Restaurants owner should be off from platform. Apart from heavy commission this is my paycheck from grubhub a negative money. Our overall profit is 20%. Their commission is 30% plus this blunder from their side. Why I should be on platform if I don't make money in fact I pay grubhub as loan shark.

Horrible customer service. I ordered something that is already pre-made but hot. They assigned a driver 45 minutes away from the restaurant and it took about 1.5hrs. I get it, they must of not had many drivers etc. But I wish there was somehow I would know that before I've committed to the order. Also when my food was delivered cold the customer service just added a 5 dollar credit and closed the chat. I'm a pretty easy person to get along with but this system needs some fine tuning.

Horrible experience. The delivery was 45 minutes late. The delivery time changed about 4 times. I tracked the driver on the app and he was just going up and down for 1 hour 15 minutes. Drivers are not professional as well

The delivery driver refused to give me my food. I texted her (the driver) and told her I was standing in front of the door waiting for her, when she arrived she refused to hand over the food, even after I told her my name. My neighbor had to tell her I’m me. When called customer service they did not do anything.

They are the worst delivery company in my town 1.5 hours for a Taco Bell order. Slow and could care less. Avoid them in Anderson Indiana!

I just got $70 stolen by Grubhub. They won’t refund or reorder the order or anything. No credits or anything. Do not use their app. It’s not worth it. I called and asked them to call the driver and they said nothing can be done. I called a real person for support too and they said the same thing. I had specifically chosen meet at door to avoid this and they did not meet at the door and did not post a picture of where the food was left and they would not answer my calls.

If I could leave zero I would GrubHub sucks when it's app messes up and makes you order more than you need or drops your stuff they will not help you at all

I'm really sad. I ordered food last night. Everyone forgot about me. Grub hub and senor Lopez in sapulpa. I called them and there sat my order. They said I could come and get it after it had been sitting there. Grub hub offered me $5 off my next order. Five whole dollars. Laughable. Senior Lopez didn't even offer me any reparation except to tell me it wasn't their fault. Someone couldn't called me. Finally after the restaurant closed I called them. I'm eating at El tequila from now on. Better food anyway and nicer people!

Horrible, waited 2 hours for my orders to get delivered and both were cancelled. Ran the customer service guy laughed at me and told me to contact care and hung up on me.

This is the WORST delivery service. I use it because I have a free trail with amazon. But holy cow, I ordered something from what I thought was a small business, it was delivered and it was Captain D's. IT is also consistently late, they don't follow delivery instructions. I'll stick with paying fees on DoorDash. And when you try to add feedback the screen either keeps logging you out or just sits and loads and never fully loads. You can never leave feedback.

Thanks 🙏 for refunded my money ,but the experience with the driver was bad she didn't even take pictures and double check with the address. Second a driver like that needs to be banned from working with y'all other than that you guys going to lost a lot of money. On the other hand I do feel bad for my neighbors who've done that, because he or she knows the purchase wasn't theirs and they still get away with it. That wasn't chipotle fault Lampton Village in Columbus Ohio whoever does that wasn't nice. 😳

How is it that they can get away with not honoring a refund. I am totally disgusted with how they are handling issues. I will be researching how i can report this as i see i am not the only one going through this. TERRIBLE

I don’t know why this is but Grubhub is consistently the worst delivery service. A driver got a block away from my apartment and then turned around to go back to the restaurant because they had clearly forgotten my order. Other drivers will accept an order and then wait for half an hour before getting the food so it’s cold and stale by the time it gets here. Not using this service again.

I ordered from Marco’s pizza today. The pepperoni AND the meatballs was had as rocks. Grubhub refunded. Sooo then I ordered from Kentucky Fried Chicken in Colonial Heights. They sent the wrong order! Grubhub nor Kentucky Fried Chicken would resolve. I won’t use Grubhub nor go to Kentucky Fried Chicken again!!!!

Twice today I placed an order from two different restaurants and twice it was delivered to the wrong address. Now all that they have to offer me is a credit. Why would I want to do business with a corporation that won’t give me my money back. I will never do business them again. Completely incompetent business practices. They are in the service industry and they are so incompetent. I feel that they are victimizing me and possibly even others. Corporate policies are not inline with my policy. It’s impossible to communicate with them.

Multiple poor experiences w them . Live in an apartment house, my Contacts call clearly say that I do not want anything left in the lobby of my building. I always included a tip and expect that at least read my contact info like that mentioned above then the person drop them in the lobby or anybody that lives in the building 55 families live there or anybody from the outside could swipe them. I’m disabled so it’s difficult to get out for food sometimes that’s why I use them, but I having second thoughts. I’m paying a premium price. They NEED to deliver as noted , otherwise what am I spending $ on. Worth what paid for ? Absolutely not!

Well, I was contacting an agent due to the delivery instructions not being followed. I even propped open the front porch door and turn on the light and they still put it on the stairs of the front lawn (Which is where I find it to be disgusting if I have enclosed porch because ants/bugs and people steal stuff as well) . Do I have it in the notes with Grubhub for my deliveries? I also have a sign on the door that states to please leave packages orders inside the enclosed porch. Well, not only were they telling me that they would not issue me any refunds on concessions, but after speaking to several different agents, they kept ending the chat on me saying since there’s no longer any issues they’re ending and I would state we do have issues. I don’t understand what’s going on here. I said I think it’s even something that you see in the photo too that I haven’t even brought up yet- that I’m actually missing a drink on this specific order too . They stated due to unusual amount of refunds they cannot give any refunds on concessions. A tip is not concessions. And I wasn’t even taking the entire tip! Nor did I even bring up the missing drink that I could see right away I didn’t get. Spoke to another agent he was more than willing to help me at first then the exact same I asked for customer service phone number because this is not right and he provided it to me and then ended the chat. I called customer service number and she literally verbatim. Gave me the 100% exact spiel that the other two agents said. Through the “chat w an agent” messages. Then I got frustrated and I said listen. This is ridiculous. You guys are saying the exact same same thing something weird is going on and if you’re noticing unusual refunds on my account, it’s probably because I order more than the usual person and that’s none of your business. How dare you! I am not working as crazy, crazy crazy amounts of hours that I was working, which is why we aren’t using Grubhub as much right now. But that’s ridiculous that you’re gonna sit there and say that I have to pay for items that I didn’t receive there’s been times where I didn’t receive any of the items you’re really gonna tell me that I would Have to pay anyway? Heck no- something is not right with yall…. So I’m deleting my account because I cannot get confirmation that this issue will be resolved and I am not taking that chance because I have been a customer for a very long time. I think it’s a great service that you guys provide since Covid and kept it up and running and it’s crappy that you have a lot of terrible drivers and that some of the restaurants were not doing so well over the years I have noticed a lot of the restaurants are doing very very well now, but then others not so much on that direction. Etc etc. But maybe instead of taking it out on us you might want to start addressing The issue at Head. Not sure if you guys take the hit when orders are not completed and it’s entirety, but you really shouldn’t the restaurant should… If you get a hit for a delivery driver, well that’s between you and the delivery driver what you guys end up doing with that… But it darn sure should NOT be OUR fault. I don’t think there’s anyone on the face of the planet that has gotten all the food in their order every time and darn sure not done correctly every single time. no way - no how. Hi Phil completely disrespected, Thrown to the wolves and Essentially feel like I’m blacklisted!!! So I’m deleting my account because HECK NO- no one in their right mind would take that chance to potentially be missing items and not receive refunds for it. If we contacted the restaurant, they would’ve done it… But we have to contact you guys and now you’re putting a wall up? Yeah- No, that’s not OK. Figure out what you’re doing and you guys are going to reconcile amongst all these different categories and hopefully you don’t make anyone else feel as outraged and disrespected as me. Be better than this. Oh, and I would also like to State if I didn’t say previously that a tip is not a concession. Maybe a different line because something is super suspect about that. Especially when I’m asking other questions that are different and they just kept saying if there’s no other concerns, I’m going to go ahead and end the chat now like literally that’s exactly the same thing the agents were saying in the chat w us portal! so I’m asking her other questions as far as I just don’t understand how this is even possible is there a time frame that needs to go by before I can be rest assured that I would still be able to get refunds if I’m missing items? And she just kept saying the same robotic, monotoned SCRIPT. That yall CLEARLY are making people say.
