I placed a priority delivery order with grub-Hub and the driver changed the status to delivered and I NEVER RECEIVED my order. It was the easiest delivery ever! To a business with no stairs. Then he sent a bogus picture from I don't know where. When I called customer service they offered me $5.... what a joke! Because I insisted that they give me ALL of my money back that's when she agreed and then offered credit for less than I paid for my order. I'm sure I'm Extra mad right now because I'm HANGRY!! Being hangry I don't want to hear you keep saying sorry. Also I shouldn't have to argue or mention using a competitor delivery service to get my money returned to me. Perhaps amazon prime should utilize another delivery service.

I cannot say this enough stop ordering from GrubHub or using any source of apps last week I ordered food and it was taken to the wrong address left on the ground I was not called even though the instruction says do not leave on the ground call and I will come down to get it. Then when I reached out to him I informed him that it was at the wrong location not sure how the address got changed because you've been delivering to me for 6 years at the same address, he sent me a picture and then even try to bring it down the street where it should be contact GrubHub explain to them how is he going to leave my food and not bring it to me after I explain to him that was the wrong address they gave me a credit went to use the credit and was charged extra money to use the credit this is not the first time GrubHub has charged me fees when their drivers are the ones who makes the mistakes if you are able to give me a credit you're able to zero out the fees due to their error. We have to stop supporting GrubHub and any other source because they are not good customer service and it's always an issue they have poor customer service they do not try to help they tell you what they're not going to do and tell you you have to pay more for the credit basically you are paying to get a credit. We have to stop using GrubHub they need to go out of business and restaurants need to go back to delivery drivers

Grub Hub is hiring drivers that not literate enough to understand addresses. This is unacceptable and unfortunate. This service is to make life easier, not for customers to order and babysit drivers.

I tip 20% which i think is fair as a family of four our orders range from $50 to $100. Well the last two times in a row our drinks do not arrive. Once an order from Red Robin never arrived. The resturants all say the complete orders were sent out. It makes me want to tip after I review the order or take the time and go pick up the order. On this occasion today as I walking to get my order as i hear the driver say "I am bad, I see it reads back door" I wave at him to come back as I can clearly see no drinks with the order. My thoughts are these drivers can rip off customers and know nothing will happen to them.

Despite instructions to leave food on front porch (which is completely accessible from the street),driver chose to go around the street and enter a private road into my townhouse complex. He found my patio gate, which did have my house number on it, opened it up and entered my private, fenced patio! My sliding door was open at the time and it scared the daylights out of me. I have no words for how completely inappropriate and frightening this was. Grubhub says they are investigating but didn’t seem to think it was a big deal. This was my first order from Grubhub and my last!

The driver did not knock on door or call and left my food on chair on front patio. Food was cold. When i order anything I believe in customer service and got none of that tonight

Delivery was made to the wrong address and the driver refused to bring it to the right one and I was told I should have complained within 48 hours for anything to be done !!!!!

Grubhub is terrible , they steal your money and have drivers who are on drugs! Grubhub doesn’t care to satisfy their customer even after being ripped off and getting food missing or burnt or just disgusting they do not care just wanna take your money. Terrible never using again !

Didn't use the gate code to get in and if she could read she would have saw my address was not the leasing office. Unprofessional, never again!! Keep your $10 credit!!

Diver could not find the house. Sent picture of food delivered to neighbors house, but food wasn't there. This happens every time. :/

Just awful. I've only ordered from this app twice and both times my order was dropped off at some random place. This last time just placed on a random curb. The incompetence is wild.

Delivery drivers steal food constantly. If it's a $20 order I could take the hit, but not on a family meal costing $100. They attempted to do partial refunds on bad deliveries at 1st, but then the stopped issuing any refunds for incorrect orders...even with proof.

I ordered and they gave me a delivery time of 555 then it changed to 622 then it change to 645 then it changed to 722. I tried to cancel the order they said they could not do that cause it was being made. I talk to one of their service people. He guaranteed it would be here by 645 and guess what it wasn't. I got it after 7. It was ice cold and all they did was give me a 5 dollar coupon. When it takes 2 hours to get your food when their website said 41 minutes. I will never do business with them again the are very unprofessional. Thank you

Ordered at 9:03 was supposed to be here by 9:50 then 10:30. Then we just cancelled because i ordered breakfast items and it was OBVIOUSLY past breakfast. Tried calling CS & they tell me they can’t find my account because it hasn’t been active in 3 months?? I ORDERED YESTERDAY, Day before & Every other monday tuesday & wednesday so UM BS. so i finally get refunded & i try to order lunch. AGAIN?!?! WHAT IS THE ISSUE?! & maybe if we could actually understand the other person on the phone information wouldn’t be construded. Such BS.

5 times in a row they’ve stolen my food. AND THEY WONT GIVE ME A REFUND! Went to the BBB, magically got a refund that day. Their drivers have ZERO integrity.

I preordered breakfast items to be delivered first thing in the morning. The option in the app for the first delivery was 6:45-7 am. I selected this option because I leave the house for work at 7:30 and no later delivery would have worked for me. In the morning I get notification that my order will be delivered at 7:45. I go on the app and chat with the customer service explaining to them that this was not the delivery window I requested. They promptly go to reassure me that delivery window has not passed yet and there is nothing they can do to cancel my order. No matter how many times I let them know that this was not the delivery window I selected and that I do not need a breakfast arriving to my house after I left for work, all I got was “there’s nothing we can do, is there anything else I can assist with”. They are not listening and do not care to address their mistakes! I would not have selected the delivery had I know I will not be getting my food before or at 7 am!!! This is unacceptable!!! $30 wasted. Horrible customer service and no care about their customers at all.

I have place an order 10min before the delivery time some one call to let me know it was canceled but now I have to wait 5 to 7 business days to get my money back first time and the last that I will ever use this stupid application

The driver left half of my order at the restaurant and when I reported this to Grub Hub they did nothing but sent a picture of 1/2 of my order on my front steps. No refund. No apology NOTHING just stole my money.
