Grubhub does not work. I waited over an hour for food and then they didn't deliver. CJ says contract GrubHub is not fillable. Basically "too bad, too sad'. Horrible

Worst driver ever! This guy supposedly dropped off my food BY A STOP SIGN on a street across from the delivery location. When I went to said stop sign...food wasn't there.

Ordered at 11:35. Delivery was supposed to be between 11:55 and 12:10. I finally canceled after the 4th delay turned into 5th while chatting with support. The McDonald's is 2 miles from here!

Worst service I’ve ever received from a company, on a CONSISTENT basis… HORRIBLE… incredibly often, like today for instance… they forgot literally over HALF of our order… and when they’re not doing that, they spend much of the time delivering it to the wrong house.

Worst app ordering experience and even worse follow/on customer service (literally provided ZERO help and only compounded frustration). I have a $50 gift card with Grubhub and won’t even bother trying to use it again. Btw, the name is terrible too. DoorDash or UberEats ONLY for me go forward.

None of these, the applicant submitted, was done for the “Lateral Entry” scheme.

The driver delivered it to the wrong address and GrubHub refuse to give me a refund they told me to go get it myself. Shame on them making an elderly disabled senior walking the snow just to get her package.

So many failed deliveries. And any credits for food do not include the delivery fee or tip. So they double ding you to get the food you are missing or wrong, by charging the fees and tip again.

Grub Hub's refund policy is UNACCEPTABLE. The driver did his/her job fine; no complaining about that. The Restaurant did not include my entire order; I contacted them to see if they will send the missing food; they can't. Spoke to the Manager and was told it was their fault and I should get a refund from Grub Hub. Calle Grub Hub Customer Service and explained the problem. On a $57 dinner order ALL that GH would refund--no...CREDIT me is $7!!!!!!!!!! They receive the full amount from the restaurant for my incomplete order and cannot refund me the restaurant charge. I will not be using Grub Hub in the future AND I WILL be letting friends/family about this experience. I am actually offended. By the way, the GH rep. was very nice...but the refund/credit policy SUCKS.

We ordered food tonight to celebrate my husband’s birthday. We didn’t want to go out because we are in the middle of home renovations. My husband was so excited for the food after a long day. Well, surprise!! Surprise!!!! We got someone else’s order. Nothing in the order is what we would have liked. We could not get any response when we called the driver back. She sent us directly to voice mail. DO NOT USE GRUBHUB!!!!!!!!!!!

First time I used the service, not my choice, but the restaurant uses them. No delivery, even though they claimed they delivered the food. Extremely poor communication, no help from the chat feature. I've have never, ever had problems with Menufy. Restaurants need to stop using Grubhub. Wish I could give them a zero or a negative number.

My order was delayed twice and the best they could refund me was $5 credit when my order was over $50 and was over 40 minutes late. Don’t use this. Uber eats is way quicker and actually helps if you ever need it.

Have got the order wrong the last 3 times. Nobody calls you back to make it right. Delivered my last Order to the wrong hotel. Items missing.

Items missing from order. Customer service refused to have the or other driver resolve issue. Customer service refused 13 times my request to speak to a supervisor. They also would not allow me to adjust the tip amount, which was based on items I did not receive.

Every single time Grubhub is the delivery service it goes wrong. They hire people who cannot read or speak English so it’s no wonder my orders never get delivered to my house. At least six times this has happened. Not once have I gotten my food. I don’t ever order through them but a lot of apps sub out the orders to them. I’m just not getting food delivered anymore unless the restaurant uses their own drivers.

Terrible service why take the order if you have no drivers I wish I could Give them a zero your service sucks then I have to wait 5 business days for a refund wtf this service should not exist they take yoir money and don’t deliver food shame on you
