Company is rubbish. I order online at New Addington store. Promise 2 hour delivery. Alway late. Have had items use by date next day. Have had items missing. Ring head office and takes ages for phone to be answered. Call alway goes to foreign call centre. Sometime can't understand them. I asked to speak to a manager .Was told that will call me within 24 hours. Didn't happen. Rang to complain. Call went to South Africa WHY! Woman hung up. Staff aren't bothered any the customers. Don't use this company. Customer service is terrible

Do not save your money through the year on to their bonus card. This year they have changed it so you had to load £100 on to it between September and October in order to get the £15 bonus. Any savings you had made on to your card prior to September did not count. I had £139 on my bonus card and when I queried why I had not received the £15 bonus that was when I found out about the new terms and conditions. They didn't make this widely known to customers and I would say its now a rip off for the loyal customers. Once I have spent what is on my card then that will be the last time I shop at Iceland.

Shocking delivery service, never get your order delivered and then when you ask for a refund you have to spend two hours on the phone with customer service

Issue with a Turkey Crown, good luck trying to get a refund, customer service just kept us going round in circles asking for same information over and over and over again, I suspect a tactic to avoid refund, ignored contact through Resolver, no reply to a letter sent to CEO Richard Walker or email sent to Tarsem Dhaliwal group CEO, so Icelands problems start at the very top.

Excuse for Friday was van broken down, absolute lie order status was showing still not out for delivery. Customer service is disgusting it takes an hour at least to get through and then they're rubbish. taken my money though!!!! 48 hours later still no food or a call back. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM!!!!

I have shopped with Iceland for over 15yrs and spend on average £250 per month inshore... that's roughly £3,000 per year... well I won't be stepping foot in another Iceland store ever again... you see I suffer from restricted mobility and I was parked in the official Iceland car park (1 hr max) I was suffering really bad that day and took a little longer doing my shopping inshore...I returned to my car 9 minutes late and within a week I was hit with a £100 fine... I have appealed on the basis of my restricted mobility but the car park company not interested....so Iceland I know my £3000 a year is a drop in the ocean for a company of your size...but for the sake of common sense and the ruthless greed of a car park management company you've lost a customer for life...

I use Iceland to order food for my small budget hotel , recently there is lots of missing deliveries and items I paid for not delivered , seems that the driver is stealing the orders and mark it as delivered I reported the issue to Tilena over the phone and nothing has been done my order reference is : 258137564 of 29th September the total order wasn’t delivered or refunded was just stolen by the Theif driver and marked as delivered . Be aware Iceland drivers are thieves and Iceland company encourage them to steal the customers orders and complete lairs .

I ordered broccoli last Friday 15th September 2023 and it was going off already, although the date was 21st September 2023 it went straight in the bin, will not buy again! I would have handed it back to the driver, but when I opened the door he had put the first bag on door step and rushed to get the other few bags and there was no eye to eye contact and he was rushing all the time and i noticed the broccoli in the last bag and he had gone, bad driver personality.

Iceland started proving deliveries in my area so I placed an order and ordered a pack of their premium bananas in my delivery. When the order arrived I threw away all the bags from the products as I always do with orders from other supermarkets. However it was a few hours later when I went to have a banana that I realised they were almost liquid inside and looked a funny colour. We think they had been accidently frozen during transit. I took photos of them next to some I bought the following day in Tesco as proof in case they needed to see them. I couldn't get through to Iceland by phone (constantly engaged) so I emailed them. Two days later and after the bin men had collected my rubbish Iceland replied saying they needed loads of codes from the packaging before they could refund me! As I didn't have those I didn't get a refund. I use all the major supermarkets for online deliveries and if I ever need a refund their processes are simple and never ask for packaging numbers. This item cost £1 so for the sake of such a small amount why quibble? I certainly won't shop with them again.

I made a small order on 17-th of July. Out of 22 items, 4 came damaged. At least two of the items were definitely damaged in the store: they looked as if staff members were playing football with them! I sent an e-mail asking for a refund -- no response! I managed to get through to the Luton store on the phone and was told by a bunch of giggling employers that they will redeliver the damaged items the following day. Today, I tried to contact the store by phone to find out if they will redeliver and when but no one picks up the phone. This is absolutely unacceptable!

Bought lamb pieces for a tagine - after multiple slow cooking hours only thing the meat was fit for was the bin. This followed some tough chicken (I know) not normally possible - so last Iceland shop for me.

I recently went to Iceland on a Tuesday for the 10% discount , having been a costumer for many years , but this time unfortunately did not have my bonus card with me I stopped taking it as I never received anything from it so thought it was pointless, and apparently things had changed , and unless i had my bonus card with me I was told I could not have my discount . I spent a large sum there on this occasion . reported this to Iceland Online and having sent numerous email and have had no response . So wake up Staff in he Offices and start doing what you are paid for .

I have been shopping with Iceland Foods for over 20 years and in the past year there has been so many errors with my shopping, mouldy feta cheese, deliveries not happening as they claim they have already been which is definitely not the case! 6 pack of baked beans where the tins have been absolutely battered. Today they did not knock on my door as I am right next to the door, didn't even have music on or doing my housework so as I would hear them come and they left all my shopping strewn all over the place on my front door step which is absolutely disgusting. I called customer care and all they could offer was to collect the shopping and re deliver! What actually is the point of that. I will never shop there again the service and care has gone to pot.

G........ from the Braintree store delivered my shopping and started by trying to hand me a really heavy bag of goods, when I declined stating a back injury would stop me doing so he waited until I turned with some of the articles to put them in my kitchen and threw the rest of the bag over the crates onto my floor at a 1 metre drop. This was quickly followed by the second bag smashing my shopping onto the floor. When I asked him to slow down he started shouting he had 4 mins to deliver, Tesco and Sainsburys drivers had 12 mins and generally was rude, confrontational and argumentative. When I said I would stop shopping at Iceland and go to Tesco he advised I could go there if a wanted he didn't care. When I stated if we all started shopping elsewhere he might be out of a job, his response was he was Icelands best driver and would always have a job. I phoned the store who replaced the smashed items and promised a call back (none came) I escalated the matter with Iceland who stated they'd come back in 24/48 hours (nothing happened). On the previous 2 orders items were missed and I had to call also. Mums gone to Tesco - I suggest if you live in the Braintree area you do too!
