Delivery didn't turn up, store was unreachable, customer services were useless had to go down there myself in the end 3 days after the expected delivery day as noone had contacted me was promised delivery by tonight, manager apologised profusely and said that they weren't given the correct number by head office and that they were extremely short staffed, delivery arrived but loads of items missing and guess what can't contact store due to phone fault within store so basically I'm out of pocket again thanks to iceland I've had to beg borrow and steal to feed my family and I still don't get my order.....extremely p***** off and will NOT be using you again, a big company like yours a part refund offer would have been nice and maybe some support for your staff who by the looks of it you're losing left right and centre and I don't blame them now you've lost a customer too

Be very careful! We brought a bag of Chicken Tikka Biryani and during consumption we found a solid metallic tasting lump of foil in the rice. ( hard , 2.5 cm long ) Was very hard and solid and we would hate to think what would have happened if a child had it. We have tried to warn Iceland of the findings but they made it very political, rather than a urgent safety concern and of course continued to sell the rice. I would never shop with Iceland again, if their food has objects inside sealed food packages then it's unsafe for consumption. After speaking with Iceland they have completely ignored the situation in hope I'd go away . Due to safety I taken the matter to Health Safety department .

Not only did the cashier charge me for a £1.00 delivery bag which I didn't have. He also charged me 25p for paper bag which costs 15p how many other shoppers is he ripping off. I never check my receipts but out of principle I went back in. Only to find that he also over charged another woman on the till 😡I.will not be returning again. East lances

Each week there are items missing. Bread and milk usually has 2 days max remaining, if you actually get some. This week 6 items missing, 5 ready meals and a pizza which shows as delivered on the website. But I also received 4 additional items that are of no use, 2 bags of frozen french fries, 1 bag of frozen doner kebab meat (barf) and a 4 pack of greggs sausage rolls. My lad will have to make other arrangements now due to more incompetence by Sleaford's Iceland. I've tried a dozen times to call over 2 days, no answer. I speak to their head office who claims to have emailed them, as they couldn't get through to them either, but still nothing. Iceland has now lost my custom.

I have 8 missing items from my online order and have been charged for them £16.00. The driver tried ringing you but it’s permanently engaged, I’ve tried too, the store number and customer service. Very inconvenient and frustrating! No one to complain to! My order no is 24446380. Lorraine Norton 1 Campbell Lane. Trumpington CB29LL

Overcharged at an incredible rate. Items going up 25p each week. I worked out on my local shop is ripping the consumer off. Making out a quid cheesecake (for example) is now 3 for a 5er. The rate off inflation is 11% they made most during pandemic bags have went from 15 p to 30. Called to complain saying they are ripping off consumers I run my own business and there basically prentending your getting offers when in actual fact your paying more. They bought frozen food on bulk so are maximising every angle blaming it on the cost of living. Giving they had all that money while the covid was happening the sheer greed has kicked in. I’m actually ragging at this companies answers and cop out answers . Boycott the stores I have already contacted ombudsman and national paper. I would never do anything like this but this shop is the worst out of every supermarket chain. Don’t believe me have a look at their offers against what you paid previously and you will find out your paying far more but trick you into thinking your bonus card saves you money . Utter rubbish and exploitation. Meant to be your affordable outlet is now up with M&S pricing. No shame and nobody in customer service willing to discuss the extreme hikes blaming the world but not willing to accept there ripping off the average person without notifying the price hikes but make out their doing it for you and I . Avoid at all costs hopefully papers will name and shame 👍

Same bonus card rip off as Tesco Punish normal loyal customers by over charging them the more they spend. Big brother Iceland only going to go one way , you will lose customers hand over fist.

On Monday 12th Sept 2022, I purchased, among other products from Iceland's Farnborough Hampshire store, a loaf of bread priced on the shelf at £1.29 for which I subsequently found I was charged £1.35. I brought this to the attention of customer services. On Wednesday 14th Sept 2022, I revisited the store to find the same mispricing/ overcharging. Even if one is to accept that the original discrepancy was an accidental error, it is difficult to maintain that view when customer service are aware of the issue and fail to act. On the second visit, I also found that Iceland beefburgers, priced at £2.75 are actually charged at £3. I spoke to the manager of the store who claimed it was 'not intentional', but seemed unconcerned. I didn't purchase anything. Having not the time to check every advertised and charged price in my baskets I left two baskets of goods at the checkout for the staff to replace in their freezers; just as I shall do every time this happens. It is unreasonable to assume that every customer has time to check every item's quoted price and that the subsequent charging is accurate, and so presumably on most occasions Iceland 'get away with it'. It would appear equally unreasonable to expect competent management. I have, of course, attached photographic evidence to support my case and while I can have no idea by how much Iceland have profited, or by how much customers have been misled, over any period of time, I would expect it to be a substantial amount and it most certainly has not worked in the customers' favour

Sadly I cannot award them no stars. Has anyone noticed the very high prices in their stores? of late? Shocking really and no wonder the Dover store seems almost empty most of the time with only one checkout needed. That isn't why I am here though. As if their nasty money off offer on a Tuesday I think it was, wasn't bad enough and an insult to our ability to spot a scam when we see one. Even with that money off you will pay more than anywhere else. No, it concerns their latest truly almost unbelievable sneakiness. A £75 interest free loan!!!!!!!!!!! Do they think we are completely mad!! Interest free or not it is but an opportunity to put even more people, most of whom won't be able to afford to, into more debt. Their CEO appeared on tv praising this shocking idea as well.

Shocking Delivery bags are utterly useless and should not be charged for them as they are not fit for purpose. Items out of stock or 1 day sell by date on them. Absolute joke.

Stroud Store delivered Stale bread again. You will see my reviews if you scroll down, i have to do 2 a month as they are not interested in putting the matter right and so everytime i have the same problem, i will give a bad review on every site to be found. Each time i am assured of a replacement and each time it doesnt happen. FRAUD is a serious criminal act and i have paid full price for a loaf to last more than a few hours. There have been other items too with either short dates or will run out in hours, but bread is the main issue. And they need to redesign their bags as no thought has gone into the rather dangerous ones they seem to have adapted. I shall see you all in a couple of weeks i am sure over the bread issue.

Always deliver on time. However I ordered birds eye peas and got Iceland’s own brand which are half the price and I did not get a refund. Not happy about that. Sell buy dates are usually poor and soon run out. The bags they are now packed in are really poor and half the products fall out they are like the shape of boats ( who on earth thought they were a good idea )

Salt and pepper chicken strips. This is classed as a little spicy. Totally inaccurate. They should be classed as the highest spice. I cannot eat a whole strip as my mouth was on fire. Never getting again. Why do you have to add chilly to everything?!?!?!

I am not very happy, my delivery was meant to be 3 to 5. At 5.30 rang them only to be told that the van has broken down. Rang them several times told various times, my delivery finally came at 8.40. I was not very happy, as this is the 4 time my delivery has been late. Will not be using online delivery again.
