The store is great, we have had some excellent meals from Iceland with lots of choice, however the staff at the Blaydon branch Tyne and Wear are miserable and rude (not all of them ) just the older woman on the till. I had a problem with my bonus card and she told me 3 times to call customer support I am a pensioner but I do not need anyone to repeat instructions I get it first time. I will never use my card again the store or go to the till with her on it.

I had a order delivery with only few items. Could not provide meals for my children I was relying on my shopping to then be told it has to be investigating like I'm lieing! I also got given someone else's item that I never even ordered. I have been treated like a liar and very unfairly.

Just bought an air fryer. Got home unpacked it set it up it doesn’t work at all. I absolutely can’t believe it. We have to travel an hour to get to the nearest Iceland and now we have got to go back to sort it out. Shocking I’m really disappointed.

My same day online order could not be delivered as arranged due to vehicle issues apparently, which really upset me as I was completely relying on it. But now I'm told I need to wait 3-5 days for a refund which has left me with very little food in the meantime & as a pensioner I have no extra money to replace a £70 order until I receive the refund. Amazing that the original payment for the order was taken immediately though. Disgusted with their complete lack of concern/customer service. Never Again!!

Really disappointed with littlehampton store. Countless times now, I pay for a specific delivery slot and then get no word from iceland and am left chasing them to get my shopping delivered! This is ridiculous and it is utterly unacceptable. No attempt to contact customers to let them know shopping is late, and just a self entitled, selfish attitude that customers can wait and our time doesn't matter. I'm a single parent working full time. I book and pay for delivery slots so I can manage my time and get everything done. Today I've just been told on calling, that they are 3 hours behind!! So I'm at home waiting for a delivery for 2 hours already and I've been told at least another hour... this means I will have to work up hours missed later, which means I will then have to work until midnight tonight (I've been working since 7am with a break for the delivery). The is zero consideration and when you call them, they don't care. I can't order with them anymore because I cannot trust the service. There is no consideration of customers at all. Very disappointed and now very upset and frustrated that I will have to work late because iceland didn't schedule their deliveries properly again, or let customers know so we could make arrangements to minimise impact of lengthy delays.

Wow I found out I had been overcharged when I checked my bill at home, That was back in December and still no action. This could have been rectified by return of email, but why should I have to drive at my expense to the store to get a refund; this would have cost me more in fuel. Date of experience: 31 December 2024

I've been quite happy until now I'm disabled and cannot easily use the stairs without help, Iceland knows this so the drivers bring the food up to me but on the 22/1/25 I got a knock on the door it was the driver asking me to come down I replied I'm disabled and can't come down can you bring the food up no answer she rang again and told me to come down I repeated I'm disabled she told me she would leave the food downstairs I said no she was very aggressive and verbally abused me.

I wouldn't even award a 1 star review! Ordered a same day delivery 6th January I'm an nhs nurse so shift worker they didn't even send an email saying order cancelled just never showed up. Husband called to the store extremely rude staff and manager they said it was due to snow but that was the day before my order it was just heavy rain on 6th! Came across like they couldn't be bothered was told it would be cancelled through email that didn't happen until the 8th. Contacted through phone for refund to be told it would take 3 to 5 working days still no refund!!! Will never do an online shop again with Iceland!! Stay well clear!!!!

“Terrible service. Placed a same-day delivery order that never arrived. After calling the store, I was told it was due to a ‘computer glitch,’ yet the system falsely marked it as delivered. Customer service was unhelpful—no answers from the store and no immediate refund. Despite confirming the order wasn’t delivered, I was told I’d have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund, even though they charge instantly. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.”

The turkey crown was very disappointing indeed. It was tasteless and unappetizing. I would not purchase one again from Iceland.

This morning I visited the Farnborough, Hampshire branch of Iceland, where an attempt was made to overcharge me. Not for the first time, items were charged for at the checkout at a higher price than was shown in-store. This was corrected, upon my insistence, but a request to see the manager was declined owing to his 'unavailability' and I was instead directed to another member of staff who seemed lacking in both understanding and concern. Mischarging or mispricing has been a feature on various items throughout the store over the years and I have raised this issue previously both with in-store management and Iceland head office, including emailing Malcolm Walker directly, though obviously with no effective outcome (but if every Iceland customer had an estimated personal wealth of £265million, perhaps such overcharging would seem less significant). They have considerately publish a brochure explaining 'that's why Santa goes to Iceland'. It would appear that there are very real reasons why customers shouldn't.

8 hours after ordering and paying for my order, they cancel it and put the item online at a different price. Surely they must honour my order and I should not have to wait 3-5 working days for a refund. Will never shop there again.

I bought the Butter Chicken & Bombay Potatoes. It tasted nothing like butter chicken, the shredded chicken was tasteless, the Bombay potatoes were ok, the sauce was terrible and I couldn’t eat it so it went in the bin a pure waste of money.

Kingsbury Iceland-Poor parking system in place. I appealed explaining that I was is a great rush and only done a very quick shopping. I done the whole shopping in 14 min. I proved with receipts to the parking providers that I was a customer and spent more than £5. Of course they don’t care… A store that doesn’t stand up for their customers. I go to Iceland because I am on a budget!!!! I am rushing work after school run and trying to live a life. From this money that I had to pay for their unfair parking charges I could have done my shopping in Waitrose. At least their customer service is excellent not like these rip off companies.

Stopped shopping here now they've introduced the dreaded self service tills. I don't have a contract with you and don't work for free. Buh bye!
