i had a contract with ID in the last two years including a handset. this year i renewed my contract and after one month the phone went faulty and here started the fun. ID sent me to carphonewarehouse to investigate the issue. carephonewarehouse technical team had a look " Oh no please contact google support to solve your issue as you need to wait 8 weeks if you want us to fix your phone" once i contacted google since more than a week no practical resolution and also you have to wait thill their team in the US wakesup. agin i complained to ID " OH no we are sorry to hear that, please go to carephone warehouse" ......................... infinite loop.

Absolutely shocking company, disputing everything that is being said during cancellation process. This company have threatened to send a £10 outstanding balance to a debt recovery company even though the contract was cancelled 3 months ago with them on the phone! Steer clear and never use!!!!

There has not been a word invented yet which is derogatory enough to describe the appalling harassment and bombarding phonecalls to a 92 year old lady with sight and hearing loss who needs to close her account .It has cost MEGA amount of money on phone calls to the 0333i00377 number. Minus 1000 stars out of 5

There reception was rubbish and had nightmare trying to cancel after been with them 3 weeks then got chased of debt company. Don’t touch this company

Spend money on extra data which can be taken into the next month however you need to use your normal allowance first before you can tap into it.

I joined them last year as I assumed everyone provides the same excellent service I used to have for over 15 years with another mobile providers, but only to experience the worst service: receiving emails delayed, people not being able to reach me even when we both were in good reception areas and only streets apart and them getting the same message that my number does not exist, or me not being able to make phone calls sometimes despite switching on/off numerous times. More recently the Samsung A7 phone had a new software download and ever since cannot even upload pics/videos on my PC as easily I used to do in the past, nowadays taking hours trying all kind of 'tricks'. Customer service is atrocious and worse they expect you to realise in 2 weeks upon taking the contract with them. They are con merchants who say repeatedly 'you have goon in and out reception in your area'. Utter liars who want to make money on your back.

I am livid with the lack of help when it comes to the received unwanted premium texts from 65333. I didnt sign up to anything and yet a lot of ID customers are getting charged £4.50 for each text received £13.50 total. Called the company who issued the text on 02035146943 and told no refunds. ID have a responsibility to protect their customers from fraudsters. I have signed up to nothing and I am clearly being conned out of money. ID refused to help in anyway with reversing these charges... I think you have lost a customer for life, I have been with ID for a long time and this is really sad that loyal customers are treated this way.

Was with them and recommend them for about two years then they were upgrading which left me without signal at my home for three weeks. Numerous excuses but no action. Now with Giffgaff and signal is excellent with a much better deal for only £3 more a month.£10 per month 6gb data unlimited calls plus texts.

I had no issues with this provider for the 3 years I was with them. Until, I cancelled my contract due to finding a better deal with Vodafone. I spoke to the lady who was lovely, 2 months later I get a bill for 2 months which was taken from my account and now in month 3 I have an email saying my bill is ready to be paid. Sooo it turns out that my contract hasn't been cancelled and my complaint made in August was dismissed. I understand that companies need the revenue and like to keep their customers. But don't lie and keep a contract open, messing up my credit rating. Disappointing

Be very careful with ID Mobile contracts. I thought I had a 12 month contract however I was not aware I had to cancel after 12 months? Thought it just terminated at 12 months but it did not and ID Mobile continue to charge until you cancel. This is sharp practice and does not build trust in the company. They sent me a threatening final demand letter for £7:98. Sooner I get my final bill and pay them the better. I would not recommend them and would give no stars if I could

Moved to I’d with pac code and 1 week later being given the runaround, they cannot port over a number I have had for 10 years, have spent hours on the phone, one manager advised “leave the contract no charges or we can try porting again but you risk loosing number forever, what’s your choice”. AVOID THIS COMPANY, have now taken this further even though it’s at my own expense and time. Tried contacting THREE who are ids providers and they didn’t have me in their system. Have now got ombudsman involved to try and sort issues.

Poor service coverage, texts not sending and not being received, appalling customer services and damage to credit file three months after leaving them for a £3 debt which they never told me I owed. Did you know they are not registered at Ofcom for their complaints portal so there is no real way of judging the awfulness of this company other than these reviews

iD mobile are sending me a demand for £15.00 for some kind of contract that I have never had, I have checked with my Bank and they confirm that no direct debit has ever been set up for iDmobile, they are a complete shambles, it is organised caos or some devious scam to obtain money by deception, this company stinks big time,they will all be in handcuffs very soon.

Returned phone within the 14 days allowance due to constant errors in communications with iD online and chat; 3 weeks later I've been told the phone arrived but still waiting for the refund of £19.99 upfront payment and I'm getting emails daily from the Direct Debit dept demanding payment. I have expressed my worry about the effect on my credit rating, which they said they would repair (will they though??) as 3 customer service assistants have confirmed the phone arrived and they will get a refund but each time I was promised a call back I didn't get one, even waiting in and checking my phone. Also, I'm getting emails stating I didn't respond to calls - calls I didn't even receive. I honestly wish I had never heard of them and I would give minus stars if I could. I think "iD" is part of a bigger company called "No iDea" :((

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS - SIM card didn’t work once, Continued to take me money for 18 months, told me to return my iPhone and would receive compensation and a refund for the 18 months of paying for a sim card that never worked and returned iPhone. Once I sent my iPhone back they told me they will not be refunding me anything and have closed my account so nothing more can be done. Awful company, awful staff. DO NOT USE.
