Poor service coverage, texts not sending and not being received, appalling customer services and damage to credit file three months after leaving them for a £3 debt which they never told me I owed. Did you know they are not registered at Ofcom for their complaints portal so there is no real way of judging the awfulness of this company other than these reviews

iD mobile are sending me a demand for £15.00 for some kind of contract that I have never had, I have checked with my Bank and they confirm that no direct debit has ever been set up for iDmobile, they are a complete shambles, it is organised caos or some devious scam to obtain money by deception, this company stinks big time,they will all be in handcuffs very soon.

Returned phone within the 14 days allowance due to constant errors in communications with iD online and chat; 3 weeks later I've been told the phone arrived but still waiting for the refund of £19.99 upfront payment and I'm getting emails daily from the Direct Debit dept demanding payment. I have expressed my worry about the effect on my credit rating, which they said they would repair (will they though??) as 3 customer service assistants have confirmed the phone arrived and they will get a refund but each time I was promised a call back I didn't get one, even waiting in and checking my phone. Also, I'm getting emails stating I didn't respond to calls - calls I didn't even receive. I honestly wish I had never heard of them and I would give minus stars if I could. I think "iD" is part of a bigger company called "No iDea" :((

THE WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER COME ACROSS - SIM card didn’t work once, Continued to take me money for 18 months, told me to return my iPhone and would receive compensation and a refund for the 18 months of paying for a sim card that never worked and returned iPhone. Once I sent my iPhone back they told me they will not be refunding me anything and have closed my account so nothing more can be done. Awful company, awful staff. DO NOT USE.

My contract had ended and for some reason my data and calls plan kept charging me each month despite cancelling the same time as my contract ended. I had then been taken to a debt collection agency over 26 pound (2 months worth of data plan) despite me being completely unaware this would of happened. I was forced into paying this so I did not have a bad mark on my credit. I did not agree to any of this and am absolutely appalled with I'd mobile. worst company ever. They would harass me for up to 2 weeks before my bill was due to be paid. Despite always paying on time. They would call about 10 times a day every day. For someone who suffers with anxiety it was very stress full and uncalled for. I will never be joining this company ever again. Absolutely appalling. A

ID Mobile continued to charge me a year after i cancelled my contract. After being told I would receive a refund, I actually received nothing and had to pay a £20 cancellation fee. Customer service also very rude.

Not surprised at the negative reviews here. They draw you in with cheap prices and then make it impossible to complain or speak to a customer services rep because I need a pin I haven't got. I'm glad I never set up direct debit. Avoid at all costs... GiffGaff a much better service

Absolute rip off I got a £20 a month phone out and ended up paying sometimes nearly £200 a month, when you ring them they have no answers to as why and it’s in a different country!! DO NOT GO WITH THIS COMPANY SERIOUSLY!!!!!!

Very sneaky becareful as soon as you open an account with them no matter how much your paying for your contract worth out telling you, you can spend up to 25 pounds extra if you run out of minutes, texts or data and there is no warning of you running out until you have maxed out your extra allowance, even though they only accepted me with a contract that cost no more than 12 pounds every month was paying over 30 pounds, read every little thing these guys give to you

The Internet coverage is useless. I was in Austria recently and the Internet never worked the whole week wherever I was. My friend had giffgaff and that worked 100%. I'm on a two year contract and the sooner its over the better. Even in the UK the Internet is hopeless even though iD claim coverage is good.

Absolutely dreadful call centre staff, poor command of English and lacking in technical abilities or basic understanding of customer service. Would give minus stars if I could.

difficult to pay a final bill as all the systems are automated. finally got in touch with collection s department where the call handler lied to me saying i could cancel with him after payment, and then told me after i had paid in full i needed to phone another number. when i did it was another off shore call center handler who was difficult to understand as non native English speaker and thick accent who told me i couldn't cancel as i;d failed security so needed to go into store to cancel. i had read all the security info off the bill letter that they had sent me

Signed up for a contract and instead of getting a new phone I was sent an old damaged phone. Took it to a carphone warehouse store to return and manager told me that may not be able to return despite what customer services told me. Absolute disarray !

Still trying to resolve a problem with ID Mobile damaging my husbands credit due to a misunderstanding on MY account! No one calls you back when promised, long waiting times on phone only to be cut off, terrible customer service, avoid avoid avoid.

Customer service is not able to solve issues. First I've called them that I'm not receiving text messages at all, they have sent another sim which also doesn't work. Called them again and customer service said that this will be solved in 48 hrs but nothing changed. Than turned out that I'm unable to make calls to Europe and that I'd need to buy cap to make calls abroad. On the day I've bought the phone the sales man promised that i can use my phone abroad just like in UK and if I don't like the phone I'll have 30 days to send it back for free. I have been calling them a lot to solve the issues but nothing happened. And 6 days before the 30 days expires one of the customer services person said that I will have to pay £650 for exit termination fee, which made me furious. Than she found out that actually I can send the phone back without to get charged. She said I can have a pac code after 5 days to return the phone to a London address. Next day I've called again. I've spoken with 3 customer service person at I'd Mobile and none of them could solve my problems. Seems like they aren't having a clue about customer's problems maybe isn't logged on the system. The third agent said an address in Nottinghamshire to return the phone. I've requested a confirmation email regarding this with all details. She said that will take 48hrs to receive a confirmation email, which I wouldn't have the time to return the phone than on time. This company is an absolute nightmare and would recommend not to join them if you don't want issues like this. So looks like I've stuck with a phone 24 months which missold to me and I can't use it for the purposes I wanted. Very upset and angry I am.
