Shipping takes FOREVER!

Small sad story: I have made order with aom available items on iherb website After 2 days they cancelled half of the items I complained, they apologized I re ordered the same items Surprisingly it is out of stock again I complained, they apologized I ordered different items After 2 days they claimed to ship the order They received the payment at their account Now it has been 8 days and they didn't give the shipment to the shipping company I complained They don't know what is the problem They don't reply emails They don't have live chat They don't reply their Facebook page

I was so amazed at the awesome service. I ordered on the 11 December. Within half an hour I received an email to say my package was with the courier and it arrived at my home in New Zealand 8 days later. I wasn’t expecting to get it until after Xmas so this was amazing! I ordered from a NZ company the same day and 12 days later I’m still waiting! Fabulous service Iherb!

I have been an IHerb customer for years & I just found out the company changed hands & is now owned by an Asian entity. The last two orders I placed they changed shippers & I didn't get my orders. On this last order, IHerb is only available by email & is trying to deal with me in Asian & not American English. I won't deal with a company who won't deal with me in this country when there is a problem. I finally had to dispute the charge on my credit card for goods not received since IHerb would not communicate with me in the USA. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone else in the world, nor would I recommend their shipper Ontrac who already has a negative rep in our state. From a company with prior excellent service to hiding behind a foreign language & no way to contact by phone. What a comedown. We should be able to leave a negative rating for morons like these. Guess I'm going to have to start translating my emails since American-owned companies are bound & determined to sell us all out. Some things are supposed to be more important than money. Even our stupid US postal service does better than this. My credit card company has initiated the refund, not IHerb. Be forewarned. Losing customers $25 dollar orders at a time. What a way to run a business. Over vitamins. Should not be so world ending. Shipping is not nuclear science. Good luck if you try dealing with these people. I couldn't.

What a wonderful company to deal with! I have been their customer for over 5 years and have never been disappointed to date. Their website is very easy to navigate, the packaging of the products is perfect and the shipment is the fastest I have seen anywhere. They always have plenty of promotions and deals which are available on their specials & deals page. And on top of that you can save 25% off your first order if you copy/paste coupon code IVA351 at checkout. My experience with iHerb is definitely 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend them to everyone!

They have no control over the courier services they choose to deliver parcels. If they deliver to wrong addresses, iherb does not give a damn. They cannot refund you, resend the parcel or just help with the investigation. You have NO support after your parcel is shipped. And the best thing about it, iherb does not allow to choose any other courier service when submitting an order. A very nice business they run along with scummy CDL, stealing customers parcels one in a while.

iherb customer service is incompetent. customers can't reach a live person. I've been waiting for a delivery for a month. they claim they are working on it. don't use herb! I never received my order.

In my opinion, they are a fantastic company. I've been their customer for many years, and I've never had the slightest problem with them. They have a wide range of products, and at very good prices. With the code RAC2044 you'll have a very pleasant surprise. Highly recommended.

This is a second time Iherb send a vitamin supplement with six months expiration date and refuses to refund the return, request denied for the second time request denied, this is not legal practice, DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY

I would never buy from them again. I wanted to return a item--they said I could--then i could no longer make any contact with them. I could not get a return label or even how to send it back. Horrible company--once they deduct the money from your acct. its yours--you will NEVER be refunded, or even acknowledged. They really dont even deserve 1 star--but had to mark 1 so I could write. Other places to buy from. Avoid this outfit. They are awful

Zero points for customer centricity from this company. I will never order anything again from them because they brought me to a situation to pay a fine to the customs and refused to refund money to me. You never know with them if you will have a problem with customs, so I would avoid ordering from them.

iherb is no longer a reliable supplier… I have two separate orders hanging with iherb with the status processing well passed the delivery dates given. One to be delivered between 16 - 22 September and the other between 3 - 7 October. Complaint about two weeks ago and no tangible result from that.

The worst customer service experience of my life. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Ive ordered on 3 occasions. The first two shipments arrived in condition less than desirable, but still useable. The third one was damaged beyond use. I didn't recieve any response from several attempts to reach iHerb . I had to report the problem to PayPal's resolution center. iHerb wants the damaged shipment back. I'm not sure if I'm responsible for the cost of return shipping, but either way it's a hassle I don't need. I sent photos of the damage packages, but that isn't good enough for iHerb. I will never place another order with iHerb, and I will warm my friends and family away.

Impossible to get a refund. They make you go through hoops and the customer service drops the discussion midway. No one to personally call. I wanted to return 2 unopened bottles, they gave me an RA for one only . They stall…then not able to do return address , you cannot do on your phone then they always want so much information just to get a label . I understand they have been in business for 20 years but they are so bad I would call them a scam .

Some robot named Alex explained the Rocket Science behind Free Shipping, which was advertised but not given on my 2 orders. I was promised refunds on the shipping charges to make me happy. So far, no refunds. But no problem: I will jerk the refunds back from these jerks on my credit card account, and be done with these cheap bastards, 100% worse than EBay, and based on another planet without oxygen or gravity. Buyers BEWARE........you get what you pay for, and even less.

Fu#cking scammer website ( iHerb Provides bad products and I can not get any refund) I bought something on iHerb on 2022 June 23. The order number is 721596137. Order detail : https://i.imgur.com/weffgP9.png When I got them, I found out that the products were second-hand and they were used by someone. I have issued many refund requests. But, NO ONE refund request is approved. Fu#cking iHerb! It is your fu#cking way to treat a new customer!

I placed an order with iHerb 3 weeks ago. Ones I made the payment they sent me a confirmation email BUT 2 days later I got an email saying my order was cancelled and I haven’t received my money back. I’ve tried emailing the company and they still haven’t refunded my money. I never had an experience like this and I’m very frustrated as they literally won’t return any of my emails or calls. Don’t trust this company they will take your money and you won’t be able to get it back
