“I ordered my first set of 200 pens for $75 I did a cheap simple order to see if giving pens to my personal customers would benefit me so far I have been satisfied with Ink Spot. My order was swift and accurate! It arrived sooner than I expected and I checked my tracking number it was all too easy! I'll be making my next pen order with Ink Spot for a higher quality pen because my customers love the simple ones I did as a trial and I have also! Thank you Ink Spot for exceeding my expectations!”

Jaime, I checked on your order and see it was ordered, printed, shipped and delivered in 2 days and using regular ground shipping. Speed of service is very important to us. This order was placed, printed and shipped the same day it was ordered. Sorry you were not happy with the speed of service.

“Needed imprinted pens in a hurry. With the help of a person on the website (chat online) I was able to order on the weekend. I received the pens two days later. The pens were clearly quality pens. In fact they looked better than what I expected. My group and I were proud to hand them out at a parade. So please with them, I have placed a second order for more pens. Thank You Ink Spot.”

“i made a last minute decision to purchase some personalized pens for my future daughters bridal shower. I looked around online and was so happy to have found The Ink Spot when noticing there were no extra hidden fees. There really are indeed no hidden fees for "setup" or "in house rush". The order process was super simple and easy to follow. I placed the order around 4 pm on a Sunday thinking it would be a couple days before the order was processed. Well the order was actually shipped the very next day actually less than 24hrs later. I received the order on that Wednesday. I was super thrilled when opening and seeing the finished product. It included the names and date I requested with a beautiful font and added hearts that I didn't even know could be put on them. Pride in workmanship and absolute customer satisfaction is totally evident in the finished product. I can't stress enough how very pleased I am to have found The Ink Spot and will definitely recommend them to anyone in need of their products.”
