“This is the first time that I have ordered from you, and everything was very good. I want to specifically compliment the young lady who followed up on my order, after the initial order placement to help me select a different color pen because the one I ordered was out of stock. Not only did she help me with the selection, she also informed that I could have some type of imprint like snow flakes, etc., and I did. The order was received as she explained, and the pens, printed message, and decorative snow flakes were perfect. I am sorry that I do not recall the young ladies name, but I am sure that you can find this out by checking my order. Thank you for caring.”

“These pens were priced so much more affordable than those I checked at an office supply store. No extra set-up fees, etc. Online ordering was simple to understand and easy to complete. I was pleasantly surprised when the pens arrived within about 2 weeks of ordering. I am very pleased with my order from The Ink Spot and would definately order again!”

“I love this service, I have literally sent a message that says "I need pens like the last ones by next week" - And then they show up. This is the easiest company to order from and they are really friendly if you need to speak with them, but they normally take care of business without hassles.”

“I order all the time but this time the imprint selection was not the best for the barrel color. Wish when production sees things like this they contact the customer. Imprint was so light I could not read it.”

“Can't say enough good things about these guys. I've ordered from them twice, and not only was each order completed and shipped very quickly, but also the product itself is very high quality. For the second, most recent batch I had ordered a rather eccentric phrase and someone from the company called just to check that it was accurate before printing. I like that kind of customer service and have made their website a bookmark for use in future. I have not found any other company that offers such an excellent product, great service and no minimums -- all the others require a huge order. In short, The Ink Spot is great.”

“We only order pens from Ink Spot. If I don't make any changes to my order I can simply use the previous order number and ask them to repeat my order. It only takes a few moments and I receive the pens quickly. I highly recommend using Ink Spot.”

“The pens are as describsed. The representative was very friendly and cooperative when I had questions. Needed these for a promotional event and they are just right for the occasion.
