re, M1H18551 still not received... ordered my watch January 18th. DHL webtrack has been showing in transit to country of destination for the past two weeks. Manifested and processed completed 21st Jan. Struggling to get this issue resolved.

Worst experience ever. Ordered sunglass which didn’t come, ordered glasses a week before and they were bent. Won’t recommend anyone. I been shopping from them for over 3/4 years.

Worst customer service and product. I ordered sunglasses, only the case came without the sunglass and when I contacted them they tell me that they can’t do refund. A week earlier I ordered Glasses and they were bent.

I just got my MIDO sea star, I size the watch band, set the time, and I love it, it is very comfortable, it feel's like a very expensive watch, with JOMASHOP discount it made it easy to obtain. It is very accurate, Swiss quality,workmanship, attention to detail ,you can feel the diference. Thank you JOMASHOP.

I purchased a Rolex Day-Date from jomashop and received a watch with very low quality (later to find out from expert that probably internally replaced with non OEM). It also had a band that was 3 links too small and it couldnt fit my wrist. I contacted them and told them i need 3 links. They took a day to get back to me and said they could send me 2 at maximum and I could see if they fit and agreed to accept the watch back if i wanted, even if it went over their 14 day rule. I waited about a week for the links and then had them installed but i still needed 3. I contacted them again and they took 2 days to get back to me but said they would not get me another link. I told him i would just buy one myself ($250) just to make it easy for them instead of returning it. I purchased the other link but then the date and day stopped working. When I went to repair it the watch technician told me this was a terrible quality watch, he didnt believe the internals of the watch were real and I should return the watch. I had the 3 links removed and packaged it back up and included the 2 link ($250 each). I contacted them to arrange the return and they agreed to accept it. I also paid for shipping about $50. They called me about a week later and tried to tell me they wanted to fix it and if i wanted to return it there would be a 8% restocking fee which I thought was outrageous considering all i was trying to do was get the watch as described and i even spent another 250 just to get another link. I still agreed just to be easy to get along with. A month goes by and I dont hear from anyone. Every time I call I wait on hold for 20-30 minutes. Eventually they tell me to call for "DEE". Everytime I call Dee is never available. About a week of calling trying to reach"DEE" its not possible. On my most recent call, the rep tells me he sees they sent my watch back to me and denied the return because it was past the 14 day policy! WOW! I go back to my office to get the package and they didnt even give me the 2 links AGAIN. This is not a way to do business. I was very easy to work with and they took advantage of me. I want a full refund and they can have their "rolex" back.

super rude customer service! Called in multiple times to rude, condescending, customer service reps. First order, watch was broken, refund was issued. Second order, no where was it advertised a preorder. But was told it was as if I was the idiot. Second order has yet to come in, another watch. If it isn’t authentic and exactly what I purchased, I will be filing a complaint. Also, a local watch collector friend of mine has told me a similar experience.

Never ever will deal with these people anymore. Promised a delivery, eventually after a month got a refund, not even a notice about not having the product available. Thanks a lot, NOT. For me its not about refunding it's about looking forward to receiving the damn watch. Indefinitely Disappointed. The watch I received did not work. I asked to refund it. First they asked me to pay for the shipping cost back, second they did not even refund the full price!!! This is not acceptable in the 'Amazon age'!
