“Watch came in broken watch box. One side of the box was completely ripped. Contacted customer service, uploaded pictures of the damaged box. No response afterwards. Very disappointing service and customer care”

“Don't buy from Jomashop. I placed orders for Ralph Lauren Polo apparel twice and both of them were for Women even though I ordered for Men. As it's international delivery I gave up for return and gave it to my sister. So I won't buy from here. Their commitment is worst ever.”

“A lot of item to choose and item 1 have bought 3 sun glass, 3 watch and 1 bag. The item is well packaged and is in gd condition , delivery fast but one thing all the item I choose is free shipping but they still charger me, i was quit disappointment I think I wound support again.”

“I was looking for a premium watch for my son's 20th birthday gift. I was told that Jomashop provides an excellent deal for premium brand. I compared the price of what my son wanted between the Jomashop and the original brand website and found that Jomashop is much more competitive in terms of price. The delivery was no issue. My son is so satisfied of the product. I'm happy with Jomashop's service.”

“Please start working on your customer service department. Your products are great and authentic but unfortunately your customer service representatives on phone are very rude and they don’t care about their employers… they are not even ready to take customers feedback… I am sorry but you need to start working on their PR and customer catering services as they have been damaging your name and reputation. They want customer to cancel their orders rather than helping them with the accurate information. Please look into this I am putting my order number here so you know who was the customer representative spoke to me rudely and wanted customer to cancel their orders rather than proving the right help/ information.
