The price for the citizen watch was great. The speed of delivery was also good. Received the watch and it looks and works perfectly. Thanks Jomashop!

I have used Jomashop on many occasions and their service has been first class, though on my last purchase they did not provide the usual and expected service that I had come to expect. I had ordered a Longines Master collection Chronograph, that when I ordered was out of stock, and I was told would be available in 5-6 weeks. After waiting for 6 weeks, and not heard anything from Jomashop, it was only when I checked my order On Line that U discovered that they had cancelled my order, presumably due to taking so long, though what was annoying was that they didn’t email me to tell me that the order had been cancelled. I subsequently had to re order the watch, that was no back in stock, and it arrived quickly and safely. Ultimately, a happy customer, though the experience of getting a prestige watch for a retirement was somewhat spoiled by a lack of attention to detail by Jomashop.

Prices are as good as it gets. My watch went on sale two days after delivery and Jomashop made it right,(after going through Norton Shopping Guarantee). Jomashop also offers good warranties on watches compared to many others. My only complaint is my emailed question never got answered or responded to. Just have to call them and I'm sure it will be fine.

You are better off spending your money elseware. Customer service agents are the dumbest and probably the worse people I have known in the service industry. My order wasn't shipped for days and all the customer service agent asked whether she should reship it! (when it hadn't been shipped and Jomashop had already charged me!) . One customer service agent even boasted that I shall send you overnight shipping if you don't hear from us within 24 hours. Thank god I used Amazon PAY who mediated on my behalf and made sure that Jomashop sent the item which I am yet to recieve but has been shipped.

I have made a few purchases at Jomashop mainly watches. This was my first fragrance purchase. I purchased Frederick Malle Musc Ravageur. The price was $50 cheaper then the competitors. Product arrived safe and well packed and authentic. I am a fragrance collector with over 400 bottles. I also put pictures on Instagram also showing where it was purchased. Thank You

The shipment is very, very delayed, it takes 17 days and has not yet reached the destination country

When the automatic watch I ordered arrived, it wouldn't wind. I am aware of their return policy, but it's not viable for me since I live in Europe, not the US, so the cost of returning it via UPS is not worth it given the price of the watch. I've spent quite a bit of money previously on other watches, but this one hasn't turned out too good. I'm now stuck with a non-operative watch.

i made an enquiry about an item and i got no useful information from customer service Only two 1 liners emails with links to pages i had already saw. it was for $1200 so it wasn't even a small purchase. Disappointed because they have great prices and a lot of good items

I made an order gucci sylvie super mini black bag, but so disappointed because that bag had coming many defects and like looks secondbag not new bag. I also had complent by DM Instagram but they dont do anything for their responsible of this bag. Please dont buy from here again. Be Aware!

Ordered a 1000$ dollars watch that clearly indicated a shipment between 1 to 3 days. Has been pending shipment for more than a week now. Called the customer service, no sorry, no empathy, no nothing. If the watch was available elsewhere I'd be cancelling my order.

The Shipment was late and not on time after paying extra for the expedite. Upon trying to change the shipment the shipper (Jomashop put a lock on the shipment with FedEx) preventing me from making changes to the delivery. Concerned that the package would be stolen as I was leaving out of town for several weeks, I called Jomashop asking to have this lock removed. They told me it’s Fedex. So at this point knowing i was getting the run-around, I asked for cancellation, This too was denied. Based off this i will never shop with this poor customer serviced based company and will recommend others stay away as well.

I have had very good experiences in buying in jomashop, I have found very good prices and the shipments have been fast, my watches have arrived in good condition and have not presented problems, I definitely trust the service and the products that jomashop sells, BTW I love my watches!

I purchased a Hamilton Watch. Have only had it 3 months hardly worn and wanted to trade it in on an much more expensive watch an Omega. I was told to take pictures and they would review. After sending the pictures they said is no value for trade and I could sell it myself. If they knew that in the beginning why was I told to send pictures? Why do they offer a trade in service, when they do not stand behind what they sell. And they just list a $5,000 sale.
