“I purchased a Cologne that was advertised as original, with a promised scent lasting 24 hours. The reviews, including those from the manufacturer, only fueled my anticipation. Sadly, the product turned out to be fake, losing its scent within 3 hours. What’s more disheartening is that every time I tried to post an honest review within the app, it was swiftly removed. In an attempt to resolve the matter, I sought a return for the subpar product. However, I was shocked to learn that I would be required to bear the cost of shipping for their mistake. It’s absurd to expect customers to pay for the return of a fake product that they knowingly sold. This entire experience has been dismaying, to say the least. I hope that potential customers are aware of the issues I faced with this app. It’s disappointing to encounter such a lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction. As consumers, we deserve honesty, transparency, and fair treatment. This ordeal serves as a stark reminder to be cautious when dealing with jomashop and similar platforms.”

“My friends have told me over the last 15 years or so that I " may have a Watch Collection Issue "( 150+ watches, all automatics or manual )....and I was 'that close to a clean getaway' when along came JOMASHOP....great company, great product and pricing!!.. and uh-oh, I'm back onboard !! Just received two Tissot automatics for every day wear...look great!! Thanks for the 'fix' Joma!!”

“I've been a jomashop costumer since March 2023 not so long ago and bought quiet a few watches from them and since the beginning my personal experience has been more than perfect starting with their costumer service always with attention to detail the huge selection of watches they carrie and prices are almost unbeatable, I haven't returned any of the pieces that I bought from them ,the delivery has always been on time without issues.”

“Purchased a $5000 watch from jomashop one year ago. The movement stopped so I sent it back in as it has a three-year Joma shop warranty. They sent it back to me one month later stating that they will not fix it because there’s a scratch on the exterior of the case. They didn’t pack it at all so it got scratches in transit.”

“Do NOT buy from site.. Seems like a fraud to me so far. I ordered 6 items 10 days ago and to-date they have not shipped anything!!! Customer service claims they are shipped, USPS begs otherwise. USPS tracking says "waiting to receive" the items... Big liars Jomashop if you ask me.... Save yourself and go somewhere else..”

“Jomasho sells genuine items, but they are dishonest at the time of returning, they abuse by withholding part of the Taxes, which is illegal. I returned a pair of sunglasses and decided to pay the return shipping on my own and they additionally discounted me $18.00 for the return label. I returned two rings because one it was too small and the other too big in a very small box. They refunded each ring separately and they discounted shipping for each ring separately more than $20.00. This is dishonest, get demoralized, who can trust a business like this? In less than a month I have ordered merchandise for over $1,000.00 and clearly this place does not appreciate a good customer.”
