“RE: Didn't Receive my Package I didn't receive my package but the shipping tracking says the package is delivered, have raised a claim with Jomashop 2 weeks back still no update. I would say poor customer service from Jomashop, will never again order in Jomashop. Really Disappointed.”

“I ordered a valentines gift for my wife (Watch) and placed it on the morning of Feb 7 and paid extra for 2 day delivery. They only shipped on the 11th so was expecting delivery on 13th. Tracking the Fedex website it said delivery was on the 13th. In between these dates I wrote Jomashop customer service to find out why it was delayed. 2X no response. On the 13th checked the Fedex website and suddenly no estimated delivery on the site. Called them and was told they received the package damaged and Jomashop told them to ship anyway. Instructed Fedex to return to sender. Horrrrrrible Customer service. Have not heard from Jomashop yet. My wife is disappointed she didnt get the watch she always wanted. Dont to business with this company.”

“I ordered a watch for my sons 21st birthday gift. I paid the extra $50 for express delivery. And it was never sent. I never received any reply to my emails and when I finally got someone on the phone, they said that they just needed to confirm the address and it was being sent that day. 1 week later, the money appeared back in my bank account without any explanation or communication about it! I’m now 5 days past my sons birthday and no gift for him. Worst online service I have ever experienced. DON’T USE!!”

“I attempted to purchase a pair of Ugg Mini Twist boots. I paid via PayPal. After 10 days, I had yet to receive my order. When I phoned customer service, they stated that they no longer had the boots in stock and that when I ordered, they probably only had one. I responded with that they never contacted me. They responded with that they were attempting to locate a pair and was planning on contacting me in a couple of days. That would have made almost two weeks since I ordered. This place took my money, failed to communicate and send me my merchandise. They asked if I wanted a smaller size. Why would I want a size smaller than what I ordered. They then asked if I wanted a refund. Well duh! If you don’t have my boots, the yes I wanna refund. Absolutely horrible customer service.”
