“To start the sunglasses are amazing is hard to explain but this are the ones the I wanted and I couldn’t find nowhere I actually ordered a pair and I’m going to give them a Christmas gift, but the price are great I couldn’t find a lower price so my choice was Jomashop, also I have the option of Amazon pay!!! And the delivery was faster than the first time seems like they read i short survey from me !!!!”

“La tienda tomó la dirección errónea, cuando se había escrito en la información de dirección de envío una dirección correcta, al darme cuenta que ellos tomaron la dirección de paypal, que es de FACTURACIÓN y no la correcta de envío , se lo hice saber a Jomashop , escribí por whatsapp y simplemente no les importó , contestando que no podían hacer nada, cuando el error lo cometió la tienda. No comprendo como pueden pensar que eso es buen trato al cliente cuando yo al darme cuenta del error se los verifico y simplemente ahora mi compra fue entregada en una direción que ya no existe, tuve que contactar yo como cliente de esta tienda a USPS,y les informo que el problema aún no ha sido solucionado. Pésimo servicio al cliente.”

“Long time customer NO MORE I have been a long time customer - have literally spent over $30,000 in watches on the site - and will not be spending another $1. I recently purchased a watch from Jomashop that stopped working. Upon sending the watch in for service I was informed that the type of issue is not under warranty.... I am not sure how this is possible, but here we are. It would appear that I now own a very expensive paper weight... Be very wary of this site and the customer service team. I will not be spending another $1 with them. Quite honestly I consider myself lucky it did not happen w one of the more expensive watches that I purchased through the site.”

“I had to cancel an order because of uncertain shipping date. I has expected a hassle, but Jomashop was very cooperative. I reordered another item, and received it as promised. Very nice product (Raymond Weil).”

“Dear all, service via email and whatsapp very bad! I sent a message for 2 days and until today no one has replied to me! I don't know why my purchase was partially shipped, and the second item was 2 days awaiting shipment, and when I bought it, I applied the fast delivery coupon.”

“I had the worst experience ever with this online store. Their customer service is horrible. Their system picked up a different address and as soon as I realized within 20 seconds of ordering I called. No answer. I emailed. When I finally got someone on the phone they said the label was created already. They had no way of changing the address n “hopefully I will receive my items” I do not recommend these people to anyone. I had to dispute the item being it will not come to me and I am reporting them anywhere I can. Please be ware! I own an online company and I would never treat my customers like they treated me. They did nothing to try to make it better. I ordered on a Saturday by Monday morning they were supposedly on a pallet which didn’t ship out, they created a label that was it. When I went to track it it the next day it was still in the same spot. USPS had not received the order so therefore they could have fixed my order. They must do such high volume that they could careless about their customer service. Very unfortunate, will not be recommending them to anyone anymore.”

“I sent in a pocket watch to be repaired, I had a artist to hand in grave a strutting Turkey on1 side, and a big 8 point buck that my grand daughter killed on opposite side, 1 of a kind priceless, they tell me there’s no way I can get it back. So I can loose the art work plus be out the $1000 it took for the art work Very discussed.”
