I ordered watches twice. After placing an order, a week later I receive a template message with a refusal from the payment verification service. I payd PayPal for last order! It looks like Jomashop store is engaged in financial fraud. I do not advise anyone to buy anything from these crooks!

I ordered some Christian Dior sunglasses, to me they look obviously fake. They came in a case which was definitely not CD quality, the card inside had Chinese writing on it and they were in a plastic cover. I have seen the real ones in a local department store and they are different. i was trting to return it I found THIS ₑᵢɢₕₜ fₒᵤᵣ fᵢᵥₑ fᵢᵥₑ ₜwₒ ₒₙₑ seven two four five my attempt was successful I was able to get in touch with the company they were very polite and nice in helping to get the return details on my order finally I SENT BACK THIS GARBAGE Do not buy from this company. BBB already informed. Be safe. Do not buy from here.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. I don’t know where to begin. I ordered two pairs of sunglasses 1x Dior and 1x Salvatore Ferragamo. My total came out to be $180. It was shipped out by USPS carrier. This was before Christmas. When I was tracking my package on December 18 I noticed that it said delivered at 1:22pm. I live in a two family house and have camera around the entire house. I checked the cameras before contacting customer service and saw that no package was delivered “on my porch”. I contacted Jomashop customer service trying to resolve the situation to see if I can get my refund and they told me no since it was “delivered” then it’s not their problem they can’t do anything about it. I kept going back and forth via email and they were REFUSING to provide me a refund. I even told them I have proof from my camera that I can provide. They still refused. I had no time to file a police report because I caught covid and had to deal with that, but I will soon proceed with the police report. I BELIEVE THIS SITE IS A SCAM! To me it’s ridiculous that if they are sending it out by USPS why isn’t there a signature required? I asked them that and they said “they don’t do any signature required”. Why not though?! It’s brand glasses why not provide a signature upon delivery. Also, the shipping carrier has $100 protection policy, how come I can’t get my refund when the PACKAGE WAS NEVER DELIVERED TO MY ADDRESS?! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE, THEY ARE SCAMMERS. I REPEAT SCAMMERS!!!!!!!

Reporting them to the better business bureau ... it’s disgusting how take pple money and don’t send thier package to the correct address PLS SAVE YOUR Money biggest scammers out !

- Item was lost, the cost for fast delivery for 2 days but lagging, well bad weather I could understand, but order from 13 Feb 2021 but my order was splitting: one was lost and one still on the way not coming until today 3 March 2021...well that's bad! so bad!

No one replies the phone! I’ve placed my order on 11.02.2021 it haven’t been shipped yet! It’s a scam! Order number 2CF4305. Today is 01.03.2021!!!!

Very bad customer service waste f money they r scam fraud i paid 370£ fr my watch nobody sent me d parcel ddnt hear anything frm them been ages nw i requested refund nobody helped me out thx to paypal i contacted paypal as i paid through paypal they helped me out to get refund frm jomashop guyz plz dont waste ur tym n money on jomashop they r totally fraud im v disappointed

The Montblanc watch that I purchased from Jomashop, and received yesterday is running too fast. I have reset time three times so far today, and it continues to run fast. I emailed Jomashop yesterday afternoon, but have not had a response yet. I have called their customer service line - 877-834-1434 - twice today, one call lasting 46 minutes without a person taking my call, so I hung up very frustrated. What a shady business... Buyer beware, don't be fooled by lower prices. Go with a more trusted site.

Do not use them. Terrible service it took weeks to arrive then I was returned. The customer service is bad. Please avoid at all costs

Placed an order on 2/6 for a money clip. It’s 2/24 now with no idea on where the order is. The customer service is atrocious and can never reach a live person. Only bots giving one word answers on the chat. I wish I could give it a 0 star, worst service ever experienced. Do not recommend anyone buying from this scam of a website

Ordered Tissot 1/23/21. Shipped 2/5/21. As of 2/19/21 still not received. Ordered from ebay a Hamilton on 2/12/21. Received 2/18/21. Pay a little more, get it sooner. Anywhere else. So much for "ships in 5 to 7 days".

Purchased some watches from jomashop, when they arrived the box was squashed, damaging one watch. Sent photo clearly showing content damage but they will not replace. Wanting pictures of don’t have. Just an excuse not to fo anything. Think twice before you buy from jomashop, because if there is a problem with your purchases they are not going to do much to rectify. I will never use them again. Buy local. Guess what Guys, the customer service team offered to send me a new empty box from USA to Australia. The watch looked OK to them in the picture, yet my partner will not wear it has one bent link. You would think they would send a replacement watch not an empty box as a good customer service gesture, BUT NO ?????? Save yourself the headache and buy from someone else. JOMASHOP don't have a lot of good reviews when it comes to customers service. That must tell you something???????

I bought a Certina Automatic watch on feb21. When I received it it doesn’t work at all. I contacted them by phone (I live in Australia) after even over hour and 5 minutes no answer by customer service, I am keep waiting on the line. Second attempt waited more than 30 minutes no luck. I needed to pay international call rates too. Then I sent my second email and received answer saying they got too many email and reply soon. I end up paying more than $1000 aus for the defective not working brand new watch. What a shame. I am still in a process of sorting this issue with them!!!

Paid for sunglasses and never recieved them. I emailed customer service and they told me they would look into it that was 3 months ago. I am still out $83 and no sunglass.
