“Pair 349 aud for this item. Paid 30usd for express shipping which meant 12 days in their books I guess. This was a wedding present for my best friend. It doesn’t end there! Paid 52 gbp to dhl for this to be cleared. Got it. And it’s BROKEN. Literally looks like it’s worth 50.”

“I purchased a Victorinox watch from Jomashop and I’d be lying if I said I was not at all a little sceptical about doing so. What a great experience not to mention how very happy I am with the watch. And by the way, I live in Canada. Thank you Jomashop for my watch and a great experience from placing my order to receiving my order.”

“Think twice before purchasing from Jomashop. When questioning my concern on my order this morning, the customer rep. hung up on my after saying he didn't know why I was concerned, I bought from them before. I will never buy from them again. If my order tracking information doesn't arrive today, I will cancel my order, and contact PayPal. And, there is no mention of my order on their website in my account.”

“The customer service at Jomashop is very disrespectful, they consistently lie about shipping and product availability, and attempt to double charge your card and bake it on your bank. Please beware of this site, I've regrettably spent thousands there and should've stopped at the first sign of unprofessionalism. I don't expect perfection by any means from a grey market site like Jomashop but the amount of disrespect and shady business practices are alarming.”

“I have had the occasion to purchase three watches from Jomashop over the past couple of years. The experience has been outstanding in terms of finding what I wanted and at a reasonable price point. Response and delivery from Jomashop was excellent and met all my expectations. As time goes by I’ll have no concerns shopping online with Jomashop.”

“At first, speaking with the person who answerred our call was a very poor and disturbing experience where I was made to feel terrible and where I wanted no part of Jomar. Remembering previously we had a far better experience I decided to give Jomar an additional chance. The next time I call we ended up working with a timepiece specialist, Isaac, who was exceptional and created an experience from start to finish that I loved and made me feel like a valued customer.”

“I made two purchases and and quite pleased. The prices were great on my Visconti Opera, and a Wonderful Tissot Le Locle Chronometre which has kept perfect time since first setting it. I set it to my iPhone and I do not believe it has lost a second in over two weeks. Great watch.”

“I have purchased at least four watches from Jomashop so I know how they are packaged. The last watch has smudges all over the box and did not contain the Movado warranty card. The item was obviously returned to you and resold as new.”

“In jomashop I usually buy Arabic perfumery and so far I have not had any problems with my items. On one occasion I had what seemed like a significant delay in my shipment but the customer service representative very kindly explained to me that my perfume was out of stock at the time but that it would arrive at the warehouse a few days later and it would be shipped immediately and it did. . She also explained to me that when searching for desired items, look below the price because they specify how long it will take to ship. So far I am very happy with my purchases.”

“Don't buy! Do not buy from this site. Absolute scam artists! They lie! I ordered a medium hat, was sent a large and after 26 emails and 14 pictures later they still deny they sent the wrong size. So annoying and frustrating to be told your wrong when you have more than enough proof but they just lie to get rid of you. If I was in America I would have paid them a visit, they are lucky I'm in Liverpool. Shut these scammers down. You don't have a leg to stand on when they just lie to shut you down.”

“Ordered a watch I was told was in stock at another Jomashop warehouse. After many phone calls and getting hung up on once I was finally told they did not have the watch and were attempting to outsource it. Customer service reps were terrible. No communications, evasive, rude, go on offensive against customers with complaints. Unable to speak to higher ups in company. Customer service reps are there to shield higher ranking employees from the public for obvious reasons. I was able to cancel my order with out the problems others have written about. I was lucky. If Jomashop is the most reputable of the grey market watch dealers, I would hate to see what the others are like. Never again”
