“As per order confirmation I should receive MB pen within 12 - 14 business days. After that time expired I called seller, had to wait 20 min on hold (was told I am first in lane) to learn that I have to wait 2 more weeks. UNACCEPTABLE CARE OF CUSTOMER.”
