“very fast shipping at good price. I ordered two twillies but one in hermes organge box while the other one in just an orange envelop. I expect them both in the same package but it wasn't. other than this , I am very happy with all.”

“I order from jomashop by 1585$ and they charge me the first time 1585$ and after 7 the charge me 970$ and also after few days I receive deduction of 970$ and after 20 thy also charge me 578$ , my order was by 1585$ and they charge me 4103$ , and I freeze my card after last deduction I receive , I send to Jomashop email but there replay was confusing and not clear . I have all evidence and i will wait there replay and base on that i will act.”

“I ordered a watch and haven’t received till now. On USPS tracking it says delivered to unknown door number. It only says city name. Looks scam to me. Plz do not order anything.”

“I ordered Tissot watch from Jomashop.com. Watch was delivered defected. I contacted Jomashop customer service immediately and asked for repair. They say they offer 2 years warranty on Tissot watches. Few days after they answered and asked for photo proof showing defects. I sent photos. Nobody’s replied ever after that. I gave up after a month waiting and went to local repair shop and have watch fixed because I really liked the watch. Few days after I fixed watch they sent email with authorization return form. I said I have already fixed watch after they ignored my repair request and ask them if they can reimbursed amount payed for repair. They said NO because they sent return form and watch has to be inspected. This is the worst buying experience ever I had and even worst customer service support. I will not buy anything else from Jomashop definitely.”

“I ordered a watch from Jomashop, it’s over a month . When I call to get an update it’s either I’m promised a call back ‘which no one ever does’ . Horrible customer service. I did order other items that was delivered in due manner . But when it comes to watches I do not recommend”

“Watch review. A-15. If you want me to change it to 9015 movement... 10-30 seconds difference. I wish the two-tier bezel rotating head had a fixed lock. I wish the waterproof function would be 100 meters, not 30 meters. Additional suggestions. It's a Korean micro brand Ticell Marine Watch's SPAC. Please release a no-brand watch that focused on the details. I hope there's a watch from JomaShop that costs about 180 dollars. Miyota 9015 Movement. sapphire glass. Screw type dragon head. Waterproof 100 meters. Leather band. Long and clear glow-in-the-dark paint. Delete the brand name on the clock. Enamel watch board. Grilled hands. In Korea, if you purchase a U.S. watch, you will be exempted from tax for less than $200, but tariffs will be added if you exceed $200, including shipping. The $290 watch costs $15 for delivery and $60 for the tariff tax, which is a little over $365. If the JomaShop releases a $180 spec high watch and a good cost-effectiveness watch, the purchase rate will increase a lot. Invicta watches account for 80-90% of low-cost watches. When I actually buy it, I'm a little reluctant to look at the brand image or other things.”

“I paid $15 for shipping. the package was not delivered, where the package is - no one knows. the company - the carrier writes that I should contact the company - the sender, and the company from which I bought the watch does nothing and does not look for my parcel. For almost 2 weeks my parcel is unknown where. what did i pay $15 for and where is my $125 order???”
