“I think there should be an option for “NO STAR” for Jomashop. I had terrible experience with them. First of all, their phone lines always take forever to get through , one hour plus if not any longer! The service is extremely horrible, especially the rep name - Kamela. “No hello no goodbye no thank you” I’m surprised they are still in business and with the worst attitude!! Everyone please DO NOT buy anything from them till you talk to them. Then you will never gonna place any order! It’s like a hell of shopping. In a customer service world, Jomashop has employees not delivering any service won't get them anywhere. I bought a Ferragamo designer belt. It is a gift but came with no packaging. The manager who’s name is “Faith” argued with me and blame me by saying "there is no packaging on the picture!" Faith as a manager said the price you paid only includes what you see on the picture. So BE VERY CAREFUL, they don't have proper packaging for your pricy designer items. DO NOT buy from Jomashop. I’m sure I’m not the only one had this awful experience. Hope our past won’t be your future. DO NOT shop @ Jomashop. Stop shopping @ Jomashop!”

“No wonder there are great reviews on your website if the bad reviews are never published. How dare you all mislead your customers. DO NOT BUY FROM JOMASHOP! Will argue with you and accuse you of lying to get out of refunding an item after they serviced my watch without my consent. Then they send pictures after with scratches.”

“I bought several bags and I’m happy with all of them. Each one I bought I turned into a crossbody. Burberry sunglasses were also great. 6 purchases and all were fantastic. YSL, Gucci, Burberry bags.”

“Jomashop beats the competitors on the easiest thing: getting the parcel to me on time, as promised. They also beat the competitors on the more challenging things: price, selection, and shipping options. I have a watch to return and the process to get the wheels in motion took less than 10 minutes. That’s above and beyond my expectations. If I have one small complaint it’s this: the dimensions (lug width, etc) are, on occasion, off slightly. I ordered a 20mm band watch and learned upon delivery it was a 21mm lug width. The return policy saved the day.”

“THEY CHARGED ME AND NEVER SENT MY ITEM. CANCELLED ORDER AND THEN CLAIMED I WAS NEVER CHARGED. I SHOWED PROOF AND AM STILL WAITING ON MY REFUND TWO MONTHS AFTER “PURCHASE.” DO NOT TRUST JOMASHOP. DO NOT BUY FROM JOMASHOP. THEY ARE THIEVES! DON’T DO IT. YOU WILL REGRET IT. JOMASHOP IS A BAD BUSINESS. MAYBE A SCAM. POSSIBLY ILLEGITIMATE.”

“Worst customer service. They shipped my package to a wrong address and they never notify me. I finally found out that my package delivered to a wrong address after 2 months. Lost package and they did not accept responsibility.”
