I was contacted after leaving a comment regarding my disappointment on their advert. I replied to the company regarding returning my Poor quality boots and shoes twice but heard nothing. Difficult returns procedure if not computer minded. \r\nThen to top it off they take \u00a344.95 a month automatically from your account for a vip member you\u2019ve been totally been blind sided into. After reading more in-depth tonight they give it to you as a credit in their website when you can spend \u00a335 of it! \ud83e\udd23 then postage is only free when you spend over this amount! \r\nTotal joke what an utter disgrace fooling people like this then expecting they should\u2019ve read the small print, you\u2019ve done it this way in order to trick! Advertising you can order any footwear \u00a315 on your first order, then pay for it every month without the customer even realising!\r\nHere\u2019s my order number 1301868642 for my previous order I sent back and got a credit. This should\u2019ve ruled out my order totally. I want my \u00a344.95 back and this devious monthly thing cancelled, you\u2019ve not even put a straight forward way to cancel it, call or write a letter! \r\nGross company, in the bad review below you mentioned to the lady if you had put details you would be in touch, that\u2019s my order number above I expect a refund.\r\nLike you mentioned below in the last bad review, I\u2019ve had no emails reminding me I will be charged what rubbish. \r\nThis is your statement below regarding VIP, where does it say by ticking the box you will be charged \u00a344.95 a month?
