Unprofessional staff. They were checking my bag on the till they think I was steeling stuff from them. This is happened to me several times. Front of me there was customers. They were with the bags in the trolley but they didn't check. This really Unprofessional. Very sad story 😞

Miss Trunchball, Wonky Eyes (Beth Grundy) running 😂😂 seriously Lidl she really lowers the tone of your stores. I will be shopping elsewhere. Why do I want to sing " Who let the dogs out" 🐩🐕 when i see her 😂

Nice stores with plenty of good value items. We particularly lie the "deluxe" range and buy these quite often.

Not a single staff member on the aisles. I wanted to check the price of an item which showed no price but left without buying it since no one could help me.

Why do I get emails telling me of offers, when I am in the shop you are unable to get a signal. Surely Nectar and other loyalty cards have a higher success rate. The most frustrating thing is to stand in a queue waiting to be served whilst the customer being served attempts to get a signal. Try to improve something, ignoring it doesn't mean it's gone away.

Bought Chinese chicken stir fry and fresh chicken breast from Lidl in Whitchurch Cardiff today and to my horror both contained very small chicken bones which was only noticed when my son was eating the stir fry which luckily meant we could check my oldest son's meal who is severely disabled to make sure no bones were present ,then when preparing the fresh chicken breast discovered these also contained a number of small bones nothing on packaging informs that bones may be present in these products and therefore could have had serious consequences very disappointed and shocked by our experience

Sorry guys used lidl for years asked staff regularly why there is no stock and to be honest they didn't look interested. The last straw was last Saturday morning no milk, no bread, no butter ......household staples This has been going on for weeks we have had to move over to Aldi so far no problemswe have got everything we needed.

i find that this company do their very best to keep all their customers happy by making sure that their prices or as low as they can be and the quality is kept at one hundred per cent, unbeatable.

I would like to say that Shay who works at Lidl, Morris Place, Finsbury Park, what an excellent, brilliant worker you have, on the self checkout tills, even though it was busy and he was assisting customers and had a couple red lights ( me in particular 🙈) he was amazing and chatty and laughing with customers who seem to like his presence and assisted every customer without huffing and puffing like some staff in other competitors stores, he was excellent and assisted customers when needed and you know what every single customer I saw went away with a smile, Lidl he is an asset to your company, reading your reviews below, it's obvious customers and staff don't like a certain member of staff or want her there, Lidl, Morris Place Finsbury Park is very lucky to have Shay and your other shop floor staff.

To whom it may concern, Head Office, CEO, please can you listen to customers and (staff) and get rid of the manager Beth Grundy please, she doesn't speak nice to people at all, never lifts a finger to assist customers or staff, always has some food in her mouth when standing around chatting about her holidays and how she doesn't have to pay for anything, while your hard working shop floor workers work and scrimp and save, also she is very scarey looking, one child nearly burst into tears because he thought she was Mrs Trunchball from Matilda and had wonky eyes 😂 you need to do something now Lidl she is getting to many complaints, get rid of her, if she doesn't need the money, then employ someone who does!!

To whom at me concern I wish to complain the way I was treated by your security company at my local​ riverford road store in Glasgow The facts are as followed On 1 nov​ I was shopping in the store above When was approached by a man in a black jacket who told me he was a security guard​ I asked him to show me his badge he told me did not need to show me his​ badge​ He told me He wanted to search my bag I told him to get the manager of the store The manager of the store also told him to show his badge he replied he did not need to show anybody has badge I let the manager of the store​ See the contents in my bag which was a pair of​ Training shoes that I purchase that day I told the manager I was going to phone their head office and complain about this security guard​ Meanwhile he followed me round the store he was rude and very aggressive towards me Your office in Scotland took the details of my complaint but​ where no help at all ie not returning calls especially from belinda mackinnon who i spoke to i was send a £5 gift voucher​ Which doesn't even cover the taxi journey that gets me to your store Terrible way to treat a 60 disabled OAP​ At the end of the day why is lidl​ hiring thugs to patrol their stores​ Look forward to your reply ASAP​ I contacted the security company but was given the run a round by them ps only wish i could leave no stars --

Well done Lidl with Aldi and M&S on your bumper Christmas sales 👏Lidl you know how people are counting the pennies and you deliver for the customers, brilliant low prices and products, you have lovely shop floor staff, your management are a bit hit and miss, a smile wouldn't go a miss. My only aggro is that miss wonky eyes ( like other customers I have heard her talking to staff rudely and seen her eating christmas chocolates, her name is below B**H G****Y) I am just fathomed is to why she is still there, she is not a good look for your stores, according to staff she brags too much about her wealth and places she has holidayed and oh yeah, I overheard the checkout staff saying to customers " That for an aged mutt of a woman, she eats everything and doesn't do no work, just pretends to look busy and doesn't need the money." staff words not mine. Come on Lidl look after your proper staff and get rid of idle staff. But still I give you 5 stars because of excellent prices, products and shop floor staff and once again well done on your Christmas Sales, I can see one of the top floor going bust soon ( Morrisons) 👏👏
