“Customer service took many weeks to investigate my purchase of 'wraps' which were mouldy and inedible and eventually simply gave me my money back despite ruining teatime meal.”

“Like that they different foods to the major supermarkets. Lovely spatchcock piri piri chicken. Highly recommended. Plus, was able to buy lovely suede jacket and matching bag. Good quality at a great price.”

“Smaller prices than other retailers and quality is good. Of course some products aren't good but applies to any other retailer. And they sell British made products, means great. To bad don't have a local one so I have to travel few miles.”

“Regularly shop at lidl and it's terrific value. Tried different brands for washing and cleaning and to be fair we were not expecting it to be as good. However we achieve excellent results and save pounds too. Love the fact they are smaller stores than the big 4 and you can do shopping quickly because of this. Only gripe is some days shelves are not replenished very quickly.”

“This store gives you excellent value for money, comparing it with Tesco, Sainsbury, Booths and others I find my weekly savings are between 25 - 30% ! The own Brands are equally as good as the branded products if not better.”
