Your manager was rude and doing a job’s worth by asking me to leave the store because I went out thru the in door and came back in it was at Binley Coventry He said it was company’s policy I s did spend between £40 and £70 at Lidl every week which you have now lost to Aldi

Lots of issues 1. Multipack crisps , no matter which variety i buy of their own brands always 1 or more have burst creating a greasy residue and bits on all other individual bags. 2. Never sufficient tills open , they always wait until at least 5 people in Q then open a till and having been waiting other customers are served 1ST , prioritise customers already in the Q. 3. Rude employees , i had cause to request to speak to the manager on my last and final visit as whilst my items were being scanned an employee came to the tilll and began a conversation with member of staff serving me , clearly she was annoyed but to use the 'F' word in front of customers is gross misconduct , the managers response to me was 'sorry i will speak to her' UNACCEPTABLE

Lidl management practices really are a sad let down nowadays. Where are the checkout staff? There's Never any checkouts manned, even when queues are in 2 aisles and halfway to the back of the store. The overused and Lame excuse of having insufficient staff has run its course, Store managers that cannot employ the required number of staff need to be retrained or removed, There is No excuse nowadays for this level of poor management. Shoppers are Forced to queue for the awful card only self checkouts manned by the usual unhelpful bored employee, Who takes forever to sort out the holdup. Its about time this was rectified and staff manned the checkouts. I like many dont go shopping to end up as a part time employee on these machines. There are many Lidl stores across Devon that fail in this respect nowadays, With Paignton town centre being one of the worst. Sort your store Management out Lidl UK, Your quality and commitment to shoppers is woefully lacking of late.

A bit a downgrade from previous voucher system, how do u expect people to spend £250 and then do a big shopping in 7 days to redeem %10 voucher. A bit stupid really.

The Lidl in Whiteley has gone down hill since it first opened empty shelves never have what I usually buy there prices increasing the staff are not very helpful and the management there are not very approachable end up going to other supermarkets this branch needs a shake up hopefully you can get these issues sorted out

I bought 6 de luxe mince pies expecting them to resemble the picture on the packet. I was wrong and so disappointed. Usually the products are great but these were awful! The pastry was dry and tasteless and the filling was meagre and dried /shrivelled. Very poor product I am returning them to the store for their comments.

Bought the most sour disgusting oranges from Lidl today! These could pass as lemons! Lidl doesn’t care and sells this rubbish ! Why ? I believe because nobody wants to go through there returns procedures. Queue at the checkout then interrupt the checkout. And wait for a supervisor to approve the refund, with everyone watching and waiting! A deliberate ploy by Lidl so they hardly get returned fruit or veg. Shameful management tricks ?

Way too many moldy foods. Had to tell staff that a whole pile of tomatoes was white from all the mold all over them leading to him taking the whole cart with him from the shop floor due to how bad it was. Almost all the packaged fruits also almost always have mold in them. Disappointing. Takes 10 mins just to find one box that doesn't.

Cien facial wipes. Used to be the absolute best, beating the leading brands in my opinion . They had a fabulous texture that sort of gripped the skin to clean it. They’ve changed the fabric of the wipe (obviously to cut costs) feels like it’s disconnected from the skin, so to achieve contact to cleanse you have to rub really hard. I can honestly say it’s this product that made me shop at Lidl. Not buying again as has left my skin sore. No reason to go out of my way to shop there anymore.

Won't be shopping at lidls again they have changed the lidls rewards system £250 to get 10% off your next shop which doesn't include alcohol over the road to aldi for us

Fresh produce it ain't! You have to be ultra careful in what you select especially in the packaged goods where you cannot see through the wrapping. DON'T get me started on their new bonus scheme con if you can ever spend £250 in a month to be rewarded with having to spend more money to benefit. If you are over 60 go to Iceland on a Tuesday for their deals.

2 steak & old peculiar pies. Brand Deluxe. There was nothing Deluxe about these pies but peculiar they are. 50% empty and 50% of the meat is lumps of fat and gristle. I would not recommend you try these pies. Unfortunately in the uk pie manufacturers see pies as a way of dumping fat and gristle and covering it in pastry. These are no Exception.

Myself and a friend were at a Lidl store (Bentilee) at 9.45 this morning to get an Addis clothes dryer. Even though the store should not open till 10am it was already open. All the stock was gone. According to the staff they only had 5 in. What is the point of advertising if that is all there going to have in. I’m fuming!!!!

Just received by bonus for spending £150 at Lidl, a free W5 product , such was the amazing selection my flabber was gasted, how do they do this , They have stopped the loyalty bonus , oh and Sainsburys are cheaper now.
