“Evri have said they have delivered my item contacted them they say to contact MandM can't get to speak to anyone I'm nearly £40 out of pocket and cannot afford to loose money I need some help to resolve this situation”

“I bought a pair of trainers and I decided to return it back as the trainers looks far different from the one the advertise it on the website, and I got a return label and I sent it back, at the end I contacted them about my refund and they said the address you sent it to this is not our address so I lost my trainers in between I paid £45 it's all gone, I recommend every body don't buy anything from this company because they items all fake and very different from the picture which they have on the website.”

Mandmdirect charge a lot for returns and make it impossible for people confined to home.
How hard is it to include a return form with your purchase and arrange payment to activate if needed.”
“Been purchasing of mandmdirect back when it was a catalog my Nan let me pick stuff from 20 years ago and as a adult I purchase stuff for me and the kids plenty to choose from and easy to send back of issues.”
“Avoid at all cost, I am over £100 out of pocket over Christmas because they've damaged a parcel in transit, they won't refund whilst they wait for the package to be returned by courier, I never even recievd it to check damage, evri sent it straight back. No presents and no refund over Christmas, what a way to run a business, we used them for years as a big family and will never use again, I will continue to leave negative feedback everywhere untill my money is returned”
“I ordered some tracksuits from their website and I haven't got my order till today. It has been 15 days now. The shipping company said it was sent back to company. MAndM is denying this and have been telling me to wait since 15 days. They have kept my money and order. I have all evidence and their customer support is very much rude, disappointing and mentally harassing. Dont order from this website ever. MandM - I am now in process of raising this with a solicitor.”

“I bought XS tracksuit for my partner and the bottoms were way too big! The top was perfect but the bottoms were definitely large! Trying to return them I was being asked to pay over €10 more when the fault wasn’t mine was very annoying! Ended up giving them to a charity shop as it didn’t seem worth it to pay all that money to get the size I asked for! Wouldn’t chance buying anything again! Pity as I would have been a great customer!”

“Ordered a bag and was just dumped on the path outside my property in the rain for over 7 hours and the company has been no help and now have the hassle of trying to get it returned to them using the same rubbish courier as that is the only option so pays for the courier to treat parcels with no respect as then they get payed twice for returning it as well
All the company can suggest is to offer me free delivery on my next order when obviously there will not be another order after the hassle they have caused me so wouldn't buy from them again or recommend them to anyone”
“Will not refund my return, it has been over a week and they are giving excuses that it has been worn, when I have not tried any of the clothing on. They were all too small without even having to try any of them. They say it was in the T&Cs, but when creating my account and placing an order, I did not agree to any T&Cs, so my consumer rights should still be considered.”
