Ordered a bag and was just dumped on the path outside my property in the rain for over 7 hours and the company has been no help and now have the hassle of trying to get it returned to them using the same rubbish courier as that is the only option so pays for the courier to treat parcels with no respect as then they get payed twice for returning it as well
All the company can suggest is to offer me free delivery on my next order when obviously there will not be another order after the hassle they have caused me so wouldn't buy from them again or recommend them to anyone

Awful company hide what you can and can't return in the product description and not in the return and delivery section and no phone number on website to speak to customer service and eventually when you do get through they treat you as if you're not important to them.
Definitely won't shop again there.
