The McDonald's at 10863 I-25 Frontage road is consistent. They consistently give me food that I did not order. Last time I order an apple fritter and received an apple pie. Today I ordered an apple fritter and a sausage burrito; and I received two sausage Mcmuffins. When I contact McDonald's all they do is profusely apologize. But the bad service never seems to change.

MCDONALD'S 340 PENNINSULA BLVD HEMPSTEAD NY 11550 DONILLO THE MANAGER HE NEVER TOOK THE TIME TO SEE IF MY ORDER WAS CORRECT IN WHICH IS WAS NOT THEY GAVE ME THE WRONG DRINK AND COMPLETELY SCREWED UP MY ORDER TOO AFTER I REPEATED IT 3X TO THE HISPANIC EMPLOYEE AT THE DRIVE UP GUESS I WAS TAKING TOO MUCH TIME ON HIS DRIVE THRU CLOCK AFTER ASKING FOR KETCHUP HE GOT FRUSTRATED AND YELLED "HERE, NOW GET OUT OF MY DRIVE UP" IN ALL THE MANY YEARS I HAVE BEEN GOING THERE I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS!! JUST FOR ASKING FOR KETCHUP?. THANKS DONILLO I WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW ABOUT THE HORRIBLE SERVICE YOU GAVE AS A MANAGER AT THAT!! IN MY OPINION, VERY POOR LEADERSHIP AND A BAD REPUTATION FOR MCDONALD'S WHOM IS THE LARGEST FOOD CHAIN IN WORLD. THANKS FOR NOTHING.

Had to wait for what was supposed to be a large French vanilla cappuccino and was given a small black coffee. I questioned the size not realizing it wasn’t even the right drink. I only ordered one item, it must be pretty hard to get one thing right.

I was down visiting my daughter in Clacton on sea and I Came in for a takeaway I placed my order on the kiosk as soon as you enter the store? a staff member came over to two ladies standing by the doors with a card which had numbers on to my shock as soon as this lady with glasses and light brown hair retuned behind the counter I heard these two girls one of them much older calling the lady fat and a stupid b**** and a few other names while the young girl laughed and mocked her also it was absolutely disgusting I didn’t even finish my order left the store disgraceful

Rude drive thru customer service saint marys, castle plaza maybe too early ordered and paid for 2 mcmuffin meals, we got only 2 muffins, complained and received the right meal after.

You have some very rude and racist staff at your Chatham branch. It was my visit visit there and it’s definitely going to be my last. I live McDonald’s and will always do but I am not going to tolerate any staff insubordination from any one the next time around

This is for the McDonalds, located in Miami on BW 22 Ave & 36 St They are the worst and they are loosing customers because of their horrible service. The orders are always wrong or incomplete, example yesterday at 5;30 am I had to repeat my order 4 times and when we got the window the items were wrong and missing.

For how Long can You can hawe yours burgers on shelf and saling them to yours consumers is not the first time that the product from this company i haw putchased and trowet on to the waste basket iShame on the company for cuting corners on food for thers cnsumers.

Burgers all fell apart, juice doesn’t taste like juice, one McMuffin already unwrapped, food went cold after about 2 minutes. Disgusting.

Terrible service, sit in drive through line at least ten minutes every time, not a single employee can fake a damn smile, has to be the worst McDonald’s in the state or Arkansas.

The person who answered the telephone could not speak English. (I had inquired about when they would begin serving salads.). I finally hung up.

We were waiting in the car for almost 45mins , when we reached the window they didn’t have vegetarian burgers , I was so disappointed with the service , most of the time they don’t have vegetarian burgers at all, I which all McDonalds should have vegetarian burgers, Iam deprevied about the service .

Re: McDonalds, Foothill Blvd., La Canada. Yesterday the staff at the take out window were rude and incompetent. Not my usual experience I have there. Ordered drinks without ice as I always do. This time they were all new staff to me. I picked them up at the window and they all had ice in them. I explained. They asked me to wait outside in the hot sun. 10 minutes went by. I returned to the window, and they said oops, they would bring it out. They did and all drinks had ice in these (not sure if they just gave me back my old ones). I then went inside to ask yet again for no ice, which they eventually gave me. The Manager was there and saw what happened, knows me, but did not involve himself. Wow! Staff needs training on the simple things. I wonder what is going on there.

Cashier prematurely entered my online coupon code and made it invalid and the manager said "too bad nothing we can do about it" and refused to make it right she was absolutely the rudest fast food manager I have experienced. 45 yrs plus going to McDonald's and I will never return.
