I ordered a really pretty outfit that cost £27.00 & was quite shocked to find how badly made it was . Ripped collar , cut ties , unfinished , lots of threads hanging and seems we’re awful , it was like something that had been made in a third world country for 10p . Will be returning it & will never shop there again . Very disappointing and surprising for a Uk company , surly we have standards .

Placed an online order selected next day delivery, but went through as standard delivery meaning I do not have my items for the day I wanted. They are refusing to help me and saying that if the website froze it was not their fault and/or I didn’t select next day. Obviously I am not stupid and I know what option I chose. This is appalling based on the amount I shop at new look

One man tried to abuse me and forced me into a dressing room he also kicked me out of the store and lied about being the security manager

love new look I mostly go to princess street but on this occasion I attended the gyle as I was at the business park for an interview. lay out is so much better and more appealing I was on the main floor and I was absolutely disgusted with what I witnessed from what im guessing it was a manager blonde short hair walks about as if she has some sort of entitlement name badge not visible shouting over very rudely may I add over customers to a young girl long black hair guessing about 18/19 y/o stacking shelves this young girl actually started crying I felt so sorry for the young girl I actually took the time out of my day to comfort this young girl and told her to take no notice as she was doing a grand job!!! I know the importance of team moral as I am a manager my self and new look this bad management to have staff members crying on shop floor I would highly suggest this is looked into as I will not be bring my money back the gyle new look!

Placed order weeks ago still no order, staff have no clue. why have customer service when nobody answers the phone, or what’s going on.disappointing service

The boots I purchased were in Liverpool with the help of the manager ( who had dark brown hair, tall and very smiley lady) in Liverpool One who went above and beyond in helping me find the right pair. I went into the Hemel Hempstead store to return the pair of faulty boots which I had only had for one week. I gave the receipt along with the boots to the deputy manager (I can not remember her name - she was a young blonde with dark highlights, who was miserable looking). She was really rude and said I had not had those for a week as she was looking at the heel which was cracked. I said to her if you look at the receipt you can see I purchased the boots a week ago and that they had turned out faulty and I have a right to return them and get my money back. She refused the refund and said I would need to call New look Headquarters to discuss it further with them. I decided to call them as soon as I left New Look. I was told by headquarters that I was within my rights to get a refund by the store.. so I decided to go back to the store as I was on the phone to headquarters and handed the phone back to her and she then said she could not hear them and cut them off. I came home and told my mother what had happened so she spoke to Robyn the manager who after a while agreed that the deputy manager was at fault and that a full refund would be made. My mum had to then go in the next day to see Robyn herself to get the refund sorted. .... The reason I was denied a refund by the deputy manager may have even be due to race as I myself am colored and the deputy manager was white and just did not want to know why I was bringing the boots back. Ever since this incident I have not set foot in the Hemel Hempstead New Look and this was nearly a year ago. Since then I have found that other stores such as River Island, H&m, Monsoon, Accessories and Debenhams have such welcoming and professional staff who go out of their way to help you in store. It really is no surprise to me that New Look is not doing very well, as the staff seem to be incompetent and defiant. I mean by having a deputy manager who is a monster and makes a customer feel very small is it really a surprise that New Look are not doing well and may close. I would not be amazed if the Hemel Hempstead store does close.

I have just had the misfortune to visit New Look in Orpington, I have never received such a poor reception and lack of service when purchasing something, lack of communication, lack of eye contact and basic niceties, it was terrible. Having arrived at work I commented about the poor service to hear a colleague say 'I never go in there the staff are rude' ! Think a mystery shopper is needed, something needs sorting, I definitely wont be going back.

Item returned to New Look - delivered by Connect plus 13 February 2018. Despite many phone calls and an email to CEO Alistair McGeorge, I still have not received a refund and it's totally unacceptable. First item collected in store had been missized so the store had to reorder. The second item was not correct either. Called Customer service and received conflicting information - one person said to return to store, and another said that I had to post it as I had paid with Paypal. I have absolutely no idea what is going on. My very first and definitely my last purchase with New Look. ALL I WANT NOW IS MY REFUND!!!

My daughter paid next day delivery for an outfit she needed for a christening. She ordered daytime on the Thursday so should have been able to collect from the Staines store on the Friday. We went to pick up the order only to be told it wasn't there as the delivery driver couldn't find his way to the shop!!!
