NowTV is a rally bad produce and service. Poor quality and crashes often. Avoid - subscribe to something better.

Terrible service. Not worth saving pennies, go with talk talk. I chose this due to non-contract, as someone who moves house every 6 months. Not worth the £60+ installation. Engineer date delayed by one week. Then, delayed activation by 3 weeks, cannot contact relevant teams directly have to wait for a call back by 'tier 2'. Waited three weeks, received no phone calls. Received a text saying to call back generic NowTV number as they tried to contact me but couldnt get through. Was informed my order was cancelled. They cannot confirm why, they presume it was previous tenant. I think It was Now TV. Generally customer service is diabolical and have zero information. I was told I'd have to re-order, if you look at timeline you'll imagine that's another 4 weeks, while having to work from home :) Don't do it

ARE YOU WITH NOWTV , please check your bank statements if you have had nowtv , I checked my bank statement and found i was paying nowtv £11.99 month but I don't have nowtv, spoken to there custmer support services and found out that I cancelled my nowtv phone and broadband years ago but i didn't cancel movies as this is a separate payments. they have been charging my account £11.99 for years I thought when i cancelled broadband they stop all payments, but they don't, so now I have cancelled the payments nowtv are unwilling to pay me back all the payments I have made since 2018 , Yes its my fault for not checking my statements properly, But it was something I just overlooked, I would be a little more careful when checking your bank statements to see what your paying out , nowtv are complete scum by letting this go on, there could be other companies that allso don't cancel all your payments when you cancelled. Be aware

I would give them zero stars if I could. Appalling customer service, couldn’t care less what you think only interested in money huge mistake signing with them. I have lodged a formal complaint against them with the regulator. If you are thinking of using any of Now TV services, DONT. GO anywhere else then with them

Their service & passes are generally a pretty good deal for those of us who don't want to & can't be tied to contracts with subscription TV & streaming services. The level of customer service via their website & live webchat in particular can be very good. Just make sure to keep an eye on when initial monthly passes come to their end as they auto renew for another month.

Purchased a £199 ten month Sky sports pass on 3/8/19 ,they could not get it working then or since 8/9/19.Just as bad is the complete lack of customer service,i've only been able to discover a help email address.After responding to the first 3 or 4 contacts they have given up for the next approx 7 or 8.Even pleading for their claimed technical team and senior management involvement has absolutely no effect.I have never dealt with such an incompetent company

We have sadly been robbed by now tv. We have proof that we have not used the service since a automatic rolling contract triggered. They will not return hundreds of pounds they have stolen from me. When I started a case against them they lost the data that showed my account had no activity, very convenient!

I bought a pass for a month. Cancelling pass is very difficult. They keep asking questions. I thought I had cancelled it on Thursday 27.06.19 but it was not cancelled. So I ended up paying 2nd month's subscription. They have not mentioned that you will receive an email in 3 hours after cancelling your pass in how to cancel a pass section of FAQs of my account. If they had done it and I would not have received an email after 3 hours I would have gone back to the cancellation process again. I am very disappointed with it.

this review is for NOW TV's woeful "fab fibre". Having got a consistent 5 - 6mbs upload speed with my previous supplier (BT) when I switched to Now TV it stayed the same for several months. Then in January this year it dropped to 0.4 mbs which is very slow and affects streaming quality and my ability to upload files. The customer services basically said tough, we don't guarantee any kind of upload speeds. No matter how hard I tried to make the point that it made the service unuseable, they didn't care. I had to cancel my contract early. Be warned.

Lots of good shows. But unfortunately the website and app are pretty useless. For example, if you get to the end of the episode and you haven't clicked Play Next then you'll have to go back to the website in your browser and carry on with the Continue Watching section... as the app doesn't provide this basic option to you. Also, the most annoying this is that if you leave it too long it will log you out so you will have to log back in again on the browser and then refresh in the app and then go back to the browser to open up the film you want to watch. The whole thing is extremely annoying and poorly designed. Also, I wish they had more nature documentaries as they only have about 15 for the whole Wild channel.

This company are a disgrace. I tried to buy a one day Sports Pass. Now tv apparently took my money then made it impossible for me to sign in by a ridiculously complicated process in which they gave me a password which they then rejected . They also rejected my own password so that I missed the programme I wished to watch. They conveniently have no phone number making it extremely difficult to complain and get any explanation or satisfaction.

This would be a 0 if I could. NOW TV have my card details when I asked them to remove it months ago. They've also mis-handled my personal information and taken money from my account. I bought a movies voucher and they persistently asked for my card details I told them there not authorised to take any money from my account. My bank actually blocked them from taking money this month due to fraudulent activity. Ive reported this to the financial ombudsman and im awaiting a response. Movies and sports for £30 a month no contract sounds good doesn't it? beware people this massive company has indian call centres with no telephone line and are selling peoples personal information. Don't be fooled by the big name of the company. Its not the owners making the mistakes its the employees probably trying to earn an extra few quid because there working in terrible conditions in there over seas call centres. P.S I was offered a free 1 months movie package not to make the complaint to the financial ombudsman. Avoid at all costs.

They have my card details as part of setting up a setbox, and have then taken money without concent from my account, complete scam, I wish I had looked at the reviews before getting NowTV, I’ve had no joy with customer service either.
