“I would avoid using the on-line store, terrible service. I placed and order for my daughters birthday, they then sent
the wrong size. I rang them and was told I had to return at my own cost, but they would refund later if I called them!!?
Waiting another week, this time the wrong size and completely wrong shoe turns up. I call them again, this time on the
website it states the stock was low, so I asked them to hold the correct size for me. Apparently they can’t do that, even
after they've sent me the wrong shoes twice! A week later I get an email stating the order as been cancelled due to being
out of stock!! Over one month now and I have neither my shoes or money back, disgraceful.”

“Visited office in the white rose branch 162 on 16 November and was served by Gemma, who was lovely. Great service and helped me choose which Converse to buy. Everyone in the shop seemed happy to assist customers.”

“I visited Bluewater branch yesterday (18/11/19) and i asked a woman for a pair of shoes in a 4 but she told me everyone was busy so i waited around 10 minutes and still had no service so i asked again. The same woman told me that everyone was still too busy so i asked if she would mind getting them as she was doing nothing but she said couldn't. I asked to speak to the manager and said she is and her name is Dawn. Very rude and not helpful at all. Not what i expect from Bluewater and very hostile service from someone meant to be a manager.”

“I visited the office store in Manchester arndale centre this morning . The lady served me was called Nilab she was very friendly and helped us find the right pairs off trainers for my son . The ones we wanted wasn’t in stock she offered us a alternative or to order them online . Great customer service will definitely be going back”

It then happened again by the same person a second time when returning my shoes. A Kane ignored my complaint and then a month later I was offered a 20% discount for blatant discrimination.”
“I was in the Derry store branch 189 earlier today and found the staff really pleasant and helpful without being pushy. I was looking for boots and a pair of shoes for work and wanted to try on a number of different styles and sizes as with a broad foot my size can vary and nothing was too much bother. I was served by a lovely young lady called Kerrie.”
