“I bought a pair of black converses in Oxford Street from Tianna on 16th September and found them to be uncomfortable at the back when I tried them on at home, on a wooden floor, once, only walking a few steps across my sitting room floor. I have just gone to the Richmond branch of Office to return them, to be told by the manager Priscila that they have been worn. I have not worn them! She has refused a refund so I have been seemingly tricked by Office. I will never shop in their store again and the customer service is terrible. I am really shocked to be treated like this. Perhaps I was sold a display pair without being informed, but as a very honest person these shoes have not been worn by me.”
“I ordered some shoes on line, still waiting 9 days later, they were despatched a week ago and still nothing, spoke to office live chat who are absolutely rubbish, I can’t claim my money back from my cc for another 9 days, I don’t even want the shoes now but I can’t get a refund until there delivered and that’s if they ever are delivered. She was alone at the shop but managed very well every customers in the shop and she was very helpful, smiley and kind with everyone.
I just had a bad experience from another shop (S***t d****t, Northampton Town Center) but when I came to Office Shop Northampton Town Center, it was absolutely great customer service. Simona was an angel.
I bought 2 pairs of shoes at the end.

“Absolutely horrific customer service, my order was apparently delivered to my next door neighbour as according to the terms and conditions you agree to this when you place an order, the only problem is it is not my next door neighbour they have delivered to, and after complaining was literally told to drive round and look for somewhere that looks similar, they will not release GPS data so I can try and find my items so now I am left with no order and a photograph of a white front door. Every single customer service advisor I’ve spoken to has an abhorrent attitude and could not care less that I am now without product or money and no way of finding out where my items actually are. AVOID AT ALL COSTS”

They will offer you no support at all my son had shoes delivered by yodel even though the yodel delivery notice said a photo must be taken of the delivery inside the front door a picture obviously shows the delivery guy outside a closed front door as we weren’t in! When we arrived home there was no shoes we tried to contact yodel who are just as bad and yodel and office both replied with as far we are concerned we have delivered! They then suggested my son to contact his bank and ask them for a refund!! Wtf they are sham of a company do buy from!!”
“Do not shop here. Customer service useless. Before I purchased sneakers I emailed the company to ask what the size conversion is for women US to UK. They gave me the men's sizes. I asked again if they're sure this is right for women, and I got an email saying they are confirming it is correct. I got the sneakers and it's a men's size. customer service wants me to pay $50 to send the item back, even though I sent them the emails with proof they told me the wrong size they are saying that it's the correct size. They can't even understand their own emails. So lame. Now they're telling me the sneakers are unisex. What does that even have to do with the size? have gone back and forth with 18 emails asking to speak to someone with authority and they will not oblige. Take your business somewhere else. I submitted my review on the company's website and they won't post it. Hah.”

It was return by dhl i dont know why i didn’t receive any information about it.
Now he dont want to refund me the money related to the ship although I have nothing to do with the fact that the order was returned.

you are not sure to receive your package and the time to be refunded is very long (I still have not been refunded ) on the other hand to collect they are very fast.”
“I bought a pair of trainers from Office and paid next day delivery for them, they never arrived next day so I was refunded the £5.99 delivery charge, and the trainers never arrived and I have had to pay for them and been refused a refund until Office can account for them, basically they have ripped me off, DO NOT BUT FROM HERE, read the reviews on Trust pilot and you'll see they area disgusting company!!”
“I normally love Office but am disgusted by my most recent experience. I ordered boots online and paid the relevant customs before delivery, as expected. However Office sent me the wrong size boots, so I obviously had to return them. Office are refusing to refund the customs, despite the fact that it was their error that led to me wasting money. So for a pair of boots that had to go back, I have now paid customs. I would accept this if I just hadn't liked the boots, but when the error was made by the company I would definitely expect them to cover it. All Irish customers should be aware you could be left paying for Office's mistakes. Disgusted. Clearly not set up for the post-Brexit market, I will definitely think twice before ordering again.
Edit: Office have told me below to look for a customs refund from the courier; I did this and they advised they can't refund but to contact the seller. There is no option for a customer when Office make mistakes, only to foot the bill for them. Disgusting.”
