Had a really bad experience with this company, I sent back a return straight away after receiving my items as they didn’t fit. 2 weeks later i realised I hadn’t received my refund so contacted office who said there is nothing they can do as I contacted them after 10 days of sending the return back even though I have proof of the courier deliverying the items with a photo. So they just keep your money. Very sad

My shoes were delivered to the wrong address, but Office Shoes won’t offer a refund. They say that because someone took the shoes in, I will have to pursue this matter through the police. I spoke to the house where they were wrongly delivered, and they provided proof that they’d returned the parcel. Allegedly the label was damaged, so the house number was unreadable. I sent this proof to Office, who were not interested. I shop online because I have been left very disabled by COVID, and am unable to visit the shops. Nice one, Office Shoes. I spent most of my annual budget on these shoes, and now you won’t refund me. This, despite the shoes being returned to you. I won’t be shopping with you again.

I ordered a pair of Crocs and paid 150% more on shipping than I usually do for any item bought in the UK. Then I got a call from UPS, asking for an extreme amount for customs clearance (as the UK is no longer a part of Europe), which I refused to pay (it's within my rights). Obviously, I has assumed that the extreme shipping charges included customs pre-clearance. I was wrong. Now UPS is trying to contact them to get a returns' fee sorted, and OFFICE are not replying to them. Hence, i got no shoes, no refund and a passive aggressive email from them that didn't help at all. Awful. AVOID. Shame, cause I like their shoes.

They sell online item which is not in their stock, they send you order confirmation but after 10 days they sent you an email says they have to cancel the order because they do not have it. You have to wait ages to someone contact to you because they do not have customer service you can talk and their live chat never respond to you. It was first and last purchased from Office shoes. Waste of time and so annoying. So recommend everyone to avoid buying from them.

Awful. Took a month to rectify. Was sent shoes that had clearly been worn - I paid 110 for this pair! Mucky dirty worn and the box was CUT IN HALF yes cut in half along the bottom. Disgusting. Second paid was some Jordan’s 125…. Honestly couldn’t believe it I may of paid 125 for a piece of poo because I felt completely robbed. The leather was creased wrinkly totally not right. The stitching was loose on the shoe where it should be tight and flush, marks, inner sole was loose and held on to the shoe by a single glue dot it seemed. These are platform trainers I duno what Nike have done but have given you a platform and reduced the actual shoe so these slip off your heels when you walk. Air Jordan box looked like it had been sent through a war zone. So unimpressive like way to take an expensive product and make it look like it belonged in Poundland. Took a month to resolve all moneys. Not happy.

Terrible company, sent wrong shoes and asking me to now walk to a shop far away to send them back after taking 4 weeks to conclude the shoes were wrong after they asked me to send photos!!!! From: OFFICE Customer Service Date: Friday, 14 July 2023 at 14:31 To: G Subject: RE: Order Despatched Hi XXXXX Thanks for your email. It is common practice to ask for pictures of the footwear so we can send them over to our dispatch team as proof the wrong footwear was sent. Sadly we do not offer a collection service, these would need to be returned to a collect plus drop off point or to an OFFICE store. You'll be able to print off your own Collect Plus returns label as well as find your nearest Collect Plus store by following the below link - https://www.office.co.uk/view/content/returnsinfo-page. Collect Plus is a simple, fast and tracked service for you to use to return items to us and it costs £2.95. This fee will be deducted from your refund. Unfortunately, due to new customs procedures, online orders delivered outside of the UK and NI, can not be returned to any of our stores. If your item is imperfect/incorrect - the £2.95 will not be deducted. If you are exchanging your order - this fee will not be deducted. Hope this helps. Thanks Cameron

Horrible service, please make yourself a favour and don't buy from Office. Ordered online and the parcel never arrived. On top of that, they would not issue a refund. Never experienced something similar, just extremely bad service.

Had there been an option to click NO STARS I would have. Avoid this company - you can't speak to a person (conveniently) and all correspondence is via a slow email process. I purchased a paid of Dr Martens boots for my daughters 21st in plenty of time as didn't want to disappoint her, but when she got them she wanted a different colour - I asked to exchange for the different colour (which were £40 more expensive btw) and was told I couldn't do that, as the item was more expensive !!! Have you EVER heard anything more ludicrous in your life - I am here willing to give extra money and return an unworn paid of boots, and I can't do it! I wish I had read the reviews prior to ordering and would have used Schuh and will do in future - I will avoid this company like the plague!! I am now lumbered with a brand new pair of Dr Martens and my daughter without a gift. Zero compassion or empathy for any situation - just a plain, sorry we can't help you!! NEVER use this company again.

I’ve been waiting for a refund since 20th April they’ve decided to ignore my messages this company should actually close down. I was desperate so ordered two shoes from here for Eid but still did not receive them. Will be getting my money back under section 75 but people should know how sick they are.

I had a number of mess-ups on the same order. Firstly, my order was split into two separate parcels. 1 of which was sent via Yodel who then after one failed delivery attempt, due to it being a bank holiday, returned the item to sender - no redelivery attempt was made. The 2nd parcel wasn't even delivered after a week of sitting in the warehouse - I'm still waiting for it to be despatched. I spent hours, trying locate my 1st parcel; speaking to both Yodel and Office via live chat (which is frustrating in itself) trying to sort out the problem, none of whom wanted to admit ownership. In speaking to both companies, nothing was straight forward or easy - from getting answers to questions I had asked, to receiving the compensation from Office for the time that I had wasted trying to sort out this matter. Which was eventually granted; however, I felt like I had to jump through hoops just reach a satisfactory conclusion, when it would have been so much easier to give me what I wanted from the start. Really poor form and terrible customer service.

Should have read previous customers reviews, as I too, have been scammed by this Company. Over 2mths ago, placed an on-line order for a pair of Ugg Boots ( as they were the only UK store who had them in stock) sized up as got wide feet but when they arrived the Boots were too Big!. So I went onto the ‘returns section’ on their website and clicked to request a ‘returns label’ which was emailed over to me immediately attaching a ‘Yodel Returns Label’ to print off & attach to my parcel I wanted to return. The Ugg Boots were wrapped exactly as they arrived in the same box & packaging & sealed securely (with the invoice/ advice slip requesting a refund as’ Too Big’) with brown strong parcel tape & the Returns label taped on securely with clear sellotape. Then a few days later(all within their 28 day returns date policy) my parcel was dropped off at my local Yodel click&collect Store. I had proof of handing over the parcel & tracking details, which showed the Yodel courier collected my parcel from the store less than one hour that I had dropped it off and was returned by the their return’s department in Kilmarnock 4 days later. After a week I suddenly had a email saying that the parcel I returned with Ugg Boots in, Suddenly & Magically changed into ‘something else’ in a box with Chinese stickers and therefore ‘Would Not’ be refunding my monies paid. After over dozen emails & Live chats they refused to believe that I ‘HAD NOT’ returned the Ugg Boots, but could not provide me any evidence what was in this ‘mysterious Box with Chinese stickers’ or, send this back to me so I could make my own investigations!, Now two months on, I was emailed back by their Customer Services( who seemed to be replying to me from a script) informing me that this was their ‘Final Response’ and I should raise a chargeback with my Credit Card company! So, Unless you know you would definitely keeping goods ordered on-line, I suggest YOU DO NOT purchase any Goods from this company as YOU will not get your monies from this company!.

As per other reviews on here I too have had an awful first experience using Office - bought a pair of Timberland boots which were in full stock on line, seemingly a quick dispatch after placing my order but then no delivery arrived on date given by Yodel tracking. When I chased Yodel for an update on their Live Chat was told the depot was being contacted as there had been a delay and to wait 48 hours for an update or new delivery date. Informed the customer support team at OFFICE and again they said they would investigate there end and update me in 48 hours. No update received from OFFICE (even though they apparently send an email) but tracking info was amended on Yodel to state "Being returned to sender" and to contact them direct for further info. When I chased OFFICE again they told me the parcel had been lost, funny how they seem to use that one liner a lot yet do nothing about the courier service they use to rectify the issues for customers. The boots were still showing as in stock but now limited amount available, I wanted my order and had to repeatedly tell the customer service assistant to reorder the exchange for me, they didn't want to do this and just kept saying there's limited stock and to issue me a refund. The customer support team are surely supposed to offer support by actually doing as the customer has asked. BTW - There's no complaints department (again funny that) - and the customer support team say they will deal with the complaint yet they make it worse by not listening or helping customers, simply say they will refund you and that they do not offer any good will gestures or compensation so clearly as per others experience this company is a total sham and not worth your money. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY USING THEM!! Unless you can speak to a human being and buy off the shelf once you've tried in a shop environment then don't bother using them. It was my first time shopping from OFFICE and definitely my last. Awful experience. No stars given.

So, Yes Be Warned, Do Not Use This Company if you are considering ordering any Goods online, unless, you are definitely sure you are going to keep them, as if you try to return them for a refund You ‘Will Not’ get one!!.
