“Materials were damaged in transit and identified immediately on delivery. Still trying to get this rectified! Didn't expect this to become a struggle! Quite disappointed.”

Hi Inge, thanks for your review. As discussed, we are sorry that this board was delivered to you dented on Thursday. Unfortunately as we only get responses from you to our emails outside of business hours, this matter is taking slightly longer than usual to resolve for you. As it's only 1 day since your delivery, we really are doing are best to resolve this and have already offered either a refund or a swap over.

“Online Insulation do what their website says they do. Supply insulation at competitive rates and deliver them in the timescale stated. Also, an amendment to my order was swiftly and efficiently dealt with and refund applied.”

“Not over impressed. quite a few of the sheets have damage to them looks like they've been abused with the forklift. Though I'd try you out as normal use local builders yard which are slightly more expensive”

Hi Paul, Thanks for your review. We ask that customers check materials when they are delivered and then you sign for them if you are happy and are in good condition. We then give you another 24 hours to check the materials again for damage and let us know if there are any issues as we are always happy to resolve these issues. We have not heard anything from you about these damages so we have not been given any opportunity to put this right for you.
