“Do not buy from here! Worst experience ever. We ordered a table and it came in damaged then they can't replace it cuz it's out of stock. My first time buying furniture online and my last. Worst customer service !!! They gave me the the run around for a week before it got solved. Actually the final solution sucks was not happy at all. Be aware!”

“The packaging box looked like someone bled over it. It was obvious this was not the original box and one that had been returned and then reshipped with the company just "reshipping" versus verifying the return contents. Not necessarily in any particular order, but here are the problems: 1. Again, the box was disgusting. 2. This was a lamp with a glass globe; it was chipped. 3. Two specialty light bulbs were to be included; there were NONE. 4. One of the lamp sides clapped with a bolt was stripped. 5. No packaging/instruction information and finally 6. I got this package with a 15 cent looking white glove in a baggie! Was I suppose to put the glove on before touching the merchandise to avoid germs or COVID or something? Hope to get my refund and get it fast. I've order from Overstock before, but now never again -- seems they've gone downhill.”

“We deliberated on a Bookcase for some time comparing options from Overstock and many other stores. Eventually we chose Overstock because there was one on sale and it had a Ratuken discount. Without any notification or warning, Overstock cancelled our order. Had I not logged on to check the status of the order, I would not have known. Customer service says that after I placed the order they realized they were out of stock. The plan to refund our money but now we have missed out on Black Friday discounts we could have got for alternative options. We asked that they re-instate our order and that we would be happy to wait for re-stock but they refused. We asked that the promise to offer the item at the price we paid for when it came back in stock but they refused. They said when it comes back in stock we could talk to customer service about the "best price" but refused to promise it would be the same price. Even if it was, we have missed out on the Ratuken cashback offer on Black Friday. We are devastated that we are now left without a bookcase and will have to pay hundreds more because of their mistake. My advice to consumers, avoid Overstock; particularly if the product you want is running out. They may never fulfil your order and they won't even tell you when they cancel it.”

“I found a wide selection of outdoor furniture cushions. Their prices were very competitive. The presentation of reviews of the product were both good and bad, and I liked that it seemed that there was no filtering of reviews. Their website was easy to navigate and responsive. The produce arrived in 3 days! Product looked just like on pictures.”

“Ordered a patio set which consisted of 2 chairs , loveseat and table . Only received 2 chairs . After almost a month was told the only way to resolve it was for Overstock to ship a complete 2nd set , Pull the items we were missing and return the extra pieces . 2nd shipment came and only consisted of 2 chairs again . After reaching out to Overstock the loveseat and table showed up almost 2 weeks later in a badly damaged box . While in the process of assembling the loveseat there was missing hardware . Reached out again and no response . Filled out missing parts form and included picture, no response . Purchase parts from our hardware store and now I have to box up the duplicate chairs and return them . I’m done with Overstock to say the least . No one made an attempt to try to rectify the problem but just continued to send emails to appease me .”

“RECEIVED WRONG ITEMS. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. ALL THEY WANT TO DO IS TEXT YOU, WE HAVE SPENT DAYS TRYING TO STRAIGHTEN IT OUT. IT IS A SCAM COMPANY!! DON NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!”

“I ordered a sleeper sofa whose color was not whatsoever the same as the photo, and was also defective... but it was a sleeper so no way was I going to ship back...their customer service was awesome and took care of the problem and continuously followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied...their customer service is top notch”
