“ Horrible customer service and horrible manufacturer customer service of product I purchased. I purchased 3 bar stools in late April. My new home was ready in late June. When I opened the boxes, one stool was damaged. Neither overstock nor the manufacturer would do the right thing. To add insult to injury, the 3 chairs were $375 cheaper! I will never shop there again. ”

“ They are horrible with customer service. I purchased 3 bar stools. $900+. I was moving into a new house in July. I opened the box and one is damaged. Neither they nor the manufacturer will replace it. To top it off, they are now $375 cheaper than what I paid. They did nothing to help me. They do not care. I just bought a fan from them. I would not have had I known how horrible they are. Never shopping there again. ”
