“I ordered five Pedal Slim-line sanitary Disposal Units. One box arrived last Monday 21/9, still waiting for the second box. I rang Ozwashroom yesterday and today and both times the ladies assisting me very helpful and answered my queries fully.”

“Received product a few days ago, in the advisement for the product it says it comes with 75mm fixings and a attractive cover plate however when I opened the package just the drop down handrail was there. I emailed Fanar yesterday about it and he said that it does not come with fixings and cover plate. I am very disappointed. I will send a screenshot of the advertisement. If you can explain to me how this has happened.”

Thank you, this is JD Macdonald product and we are only distributors of their products, non of JD Macdonald products include screws and fittings. The product you purchased is supposed to be installed by a professional and they know very well what is required to install such critical saftey accessible grab rail. Your feedback is very unfair to us and I hope that you revise it.

“A lightweight yet sturdy unit(plastic) and petite size (A4-horizontal & 3/4A4vertical) just exactly what we needed in a small toilet facility as well as hall and prep room. All screws & plugs to attach to wall were included. There was also a plastic key/device included so you can 'lock' dispenser. Ordered paper towel supplies at same time and everything was delivered very quickly. We should have done this years ago. COVID19 is making us all re-examine our hygiene practices. Thank you for your service.”

“The service was good. It was advised at time of enquiry that the hand dryers purchased were on the noisy side, but there was no noise specifications list in the information to compare to other units. This made making a decision on what unit to purchase difficult.”
