“Thank you, my order arrived in good time and I was happy with all the products. However with the toilet paper dispenser, when the paper is torn along the toothed edge it leaves a confetti of paper fragments on the floor below.”

Hi Petrena, I'm very sorry our Jumbo Roll Dispenser is turning the toilet paper into confetti. I've not heard of them doing that before. Maybe try a different type like our JR4212 next time ? I don't know what could be causing this sorry. Regards Ian

“I carefully chose a toilet roll dispenser that was lockable and suitable to put in some public toilets that we are refurbishing. Apart from being lockable and holding 2 rolls the main criteria was that it had to be one that was in stock. Several that I chose were marked out of stock and after consulting with the team who maintain the toilets I ordered one. After a week it hadn't arrived so I rang to chase it up as it was the last thing that was needed before we could open. I was told that you were still waiting on delivery. If it's not in stock then you need to say so on the order form!”

“Waited quite a while for delivery think about 20 days. Left it for one of my staff put the lid on the bin and could not as it was 2 tight. The bin is wider than the lid, so the lid took an immense amount of man handling to get it over the bin. Perhaps the box in transit got squashed in one direction. Lid is on now so hopefully it bends back into shape and easier next time. Happy with cost and savings over our previous service contract”

“Works fine, compartments are a little dinky and the bolt cover are a different colour to the body which I don't particularly like. Ozwash couldn't or wouldn't help, but it works so life moves on.”
