“Excellent service, very quick and high quality product at a great price. It was the only place I could find a pram mattress of the correct size and quality and also had recommended mattress covers to go with it that I purchased (and are very cute). Thank you.”

“Very happy. Delivery was a lot sooner than I thought it would be. Product is lovely, and I can't wait for baby to start engaging with it (she is just a bit too little at the moment - she is a preemie). Would recommend, however I cannot comment on it's longevity yet.”

“This trike is awesome. Not like most where you have to tilt the bike to turn the bike. Its sensitive to turning just as needed. Would definitely recommend.”

“They took my money after a fault with the website said they hadn’t. It took a couple of days to confirm that my order actually had gone through. I was promised a refund that never came. I have tried to dispute this and nothing back from customer services. They do not answer the phone or their emails. I’m over £200 out of pocket. Avoid at all costs!!!”

“I ordered a mosses basket over a month ago and got sent the wrong one, I'm due to have a baby and the company are not getting back to me regarding it, I understand delays due to the current situation but I need the mosses basket and their business is running as normal. I'm really stressed over this as this is the main thing I need. This is a stressful time for us pregnant woman as it is, the one they sent me too was half the price of the one I purchased. Shocking service”

“I’ve been waiting for my order (a cot) since 19 March and still have not received it, the original date that was promised was 2 weeks. Every week I get a message saying the delivery date has moved again. The Customer service team don’t seem to be giving me a realistic date for delivery. I’ve emailed many times saying I’m due to give birth soon and ask when it’s coming. If they’re honest and say it’s in a couple of months I can get a refund and order it elsewhere, but they don’t answer my questions and just send a generic message, saying your delivery date has moved again.”
