Wouldn't even give 1 star they take your money and send out broken baby items if you care about your children you will not buy off this site DANGER.

I have contacted customer service repeatedly and i have had no response. I paid for gifts ordered in October and am still waiting. I have no idea how to cancel the order or if they will arrive for Christmas.

When I first seen this company I was a bit unsure of it because of all the negative reviews but I gave them a chance, anyways I bought the kinderkraft moov bundle in October and they gave me a date for dispatch by the 30th of November, I received my kinderkraft moov travel system about 2 weeks after I placed my order so way before the date they gave me, I received one of my items yesterday and now the last item today, I am over the moon with my items and I would definitely recommend them to anyone you just need a bit of patience for delivery, thank you precious little one

Placed order for a pram, was due to be despatched on the 31st Oct, was then emailed to say it wouldn’t be until end of jan, baby is due at the start of jan so requested a refund, was told this would be done in 5-7 days, I’ve had the same email about 9 time’s then another one to say do I still want the refund as they are going to close my case ! Emailed back again to say yes I did need it ASAP so I can order the pram from another supplier, had no response, I’ve emailed, messaged on Facebook, called twice only to be cut off after hours as no one is available. I’m 8 and a half months pregnant and am over £600 down on a pram that won’t be here when I need it and unable to buy a new one untill I get this refund, the service is shocking and I need it resolved as it’s causing a lot of stress so close to my due date and to Christmas. I don’t know what else to try at this point. Ticket numbers 232651917 & 245593513

I placed an order for two items (Christmas gifts) at the beginning of November, items I understood would be dispatched at the end of the month. Now received correspondence that those items are now delayed, to be dispatched on 9 December. Yet on the website the items aren’t now available until January? I’ve since emailed customer services requesting a refund as I can source the items much sooner. I’ve then been on the phone to Customer Services for over an hour this morning to request a refund before the items are dispatched (their email response time is 8-10 working days!) - only to be cut off?! Is anybody there? My order number is 2201578. Very disappointing service.

Order number 2206748. Shocking service!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! I ordered items which were due to be dispatched on the 26th November (on the 8th Nov) and is now not going to be sent until 21st January. I only found this out when I went on to the website. No email sent to say it’s delayed. I have sent emails requesting a full refund for my full order last week and just get standard email saying it’s taking them longer than usual and will that 5-7 days to reply. I asked before items were dispatched and they have posted the other items today dispute my email asking to cancel the order. Will be sending the items back as I ordered elsewhere and received them the next day!

Ordered twice already - the prices are really good and cheaper than elsewhere,my items arrived in time really quick to be honest and in one piece ,i never used this site before and was bit skeptical to buy from it but gave it a go. Very good communication about despatch and delivery's through emails - can not fault them, lucky for me I didn't have any bad experience with them as some other people ive read in reviews, therefore im giving 5stars for now as im happy with my items received.

If I could give less I would. Yes, their prices are normally very attractive compared to the competition. HOWEVER... The first time I used them the goods took a very long time to arrive, but I was kept well informed of this fact both before point of order and during the delivery window. The next 2 orders I placed with them have caused me nothing but trouble. Why I even gave them a second chancr I'm not sure. Order number 2 never arrived, the dispatch date went further and further out, overv1 month of not receiving the item and various "help ticket ping pong" I cancelled the order (this act alone was far harder than it should have been). I should have known better, but I decided to give them another chance and recently placed another order. Latest time for dispatch (their words not mine) was 10 to 14 working days.... 2 months later and still nothing, no communication to advise of any delays. Needless to say I cancelled the order. I'm still awaiting the return of my monies, which precious little one have been accruing interest on for nearly 2 and a half months now. Absolutely shocking service, yes there is a pandemic but at least try to communicate with your customers, and rectify any problems in a timely manner! There will be no third chance here.

Hello, I'm just wondering if anyone have got there issues resolved. Or anyone happy with the service they received. I ordered a I candy double pram the 4th of November its due to be dispatched on the 30th of November. I am really worried after reading reviews that it's not going to turn up, I'm going to struggle getting a refund. It wasn't cheep at all. I have also emailed questions about the product and now have to wait 10 days for a reply. Order number 2200361

After numerous calls that entailed waiting for over an hour to speak to a customer service adviser that could not offer any help with a resolution, I finally managed to speak with an adviser named BECKY who could not have been more helpful. True to her word, my reimbursement was in my account the next day. If you have the misfortune to be in a similar position, I suggest BECKY might be the go to person to resolve your issue.

I have been on the phone for over 1 hour listening to a message saying you are in a queue ! I want to know if my order is not coming it is due by 30 November I ordered 4 November and money taken immediately ! It is a Christmas present for my grandchild so would like to order elsewhere if not going to arrive ! Is this company still trading ? My order number is 2200866

Absoluety do not buy from here still awaiting a refund request from 3 to which I have had no response you cannot get through to speak to somebody on telephone and emails are ignored will be taken this complaint further as they have taken my money more than 5 weeks ago and not dispatched the item as of yet

Avoid avoid avoid They suck people in with their cheap bundles thinking you are getting an amazing bargain, but turns out its because you won't actually get the items you ordered! They will come up with every excuse and then send you different items that you didn't actually order. And send you them when they feel like it. Ordered a bundle in June for September dispatch, some items came in July randomly, others have not arrived at all and it's November Called to ask for a refund and told cant have one as items out there 14 day return policy. They sent them 2 months early and it is my problem? What a joke. Yet my remaining items are nowhere to be seen. Poor customer service, they take weeks to respond to emails, never answer the phones. They dont care about ripping people off, which shows how low lives they really are since the ones there ripping off are vulnerable expectant mothers And during a pandemic when people are already suffering, shame on you precious little one I have many friends expecting and they wont ever order from here They will be hearing from trading standards, worst company ive ever dealt with

Wish I’d read the reviews before ordering Nightmare experience After prolonged delays to delivery time I cancelled my order ( They took payment at time of order) 3 days after cancelling order I get an email to say it has been despatched. Virtually impossible to contact anyone directly to resolve issue. After hours of calling eventually spoke to a customer service rep who could ally advise to not accept the parcel. When I contacted you the courier to try and short circuit the return I was informed they weren’t in receipt at that time but it was in their system and they agreed to return parcel. Still waiting for reimbursement for a parcel ordered 7 weeks ago and cancelled nearly 3 weeks ago. Impossible to make contact other thane email which generates automated response saying they will be in touch. Do they get in touch? . AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE Martyn Lindley

Absolute disgrace, I really cannot understand why would someone try to stress out parents even more, by scanning them. Should close this website and give them to court. Awful customer service. Shocking . Ordered July, got the half order in few days and since then only received email saying what I've ordered isn't available and could possibly exchange it for similar one. But after my positive response, they just ignored me. I don't understand it, absolute disgrace. Never purchase again, never
