“Ordered a sand and water play set on Feb 3rd for my son's birthday on 14th Feb. Parcel tracking showed that the courier made an unsuccessful delivery attempt on the 8th. No further tracking updates were showing by the 10th so I contacted the company by email. They suggested delivery would be tried again. No delivery by 14th. Contacted the company's telephone support number and was unable to get through after a number of attempts. Contacted them by email again on 20th Feb and they said the courier was struggling to find my address and had tried to deliver 4 times. No tracking updates confirmed this. I reconfirmed my address with the company by email again, which was accurate. On 22nd Feb the company said that the courier had lost the parcel. I asked for a discount on repurchase to compensate for inconvenience but they company refused, blaming the courier. In my view, ultimate responsibility lies with the vending company, and they need to get a grip of their couriers if they are not fulfilling their duties. Therefore I will not be using the company again. (The courier was Yodel.)”

“Got such a good deal on 2 car seats for my kids. Amazing prices for the best isofix car seats. Kids absolutely love them and it’s a relief to know they are safe when I’m driving.I highly recommend buying from precious little one and will defo buy from here again”

“Great stairgate, I have a wide staircase and the bottom of the stairgate needs to be bigger then the bottom due to woodwork, but this stairgate first perfect. Description is spot on. Will purchase another for top of stairs”

“Extremely happy with both the service and my buggy. I initially brought one which had rather a long wait time due to stock levels so I emailed asking to arrange a return of that one and to purchase another one one as keen on. When I recieved my reply, they had cancelled the first order and automatically swapped/placed an order for the 2nd choice which made life for me so much simpler. Great service and the buggy arrived just 2 days after ordering it.”

“Ordered a cotbed on 8th December 2019, item arrived damaged. They sent a replacement cotbase which was too small. Again, got in contact. Recieved an email to say I would they would be receiving another cotbase for me on 16th Jan, never heard anything after that. I rang them and was told it would be delivered on 4th Feb, I waited in all day, nothing was delivered. I then wrote a long email stating all this and that I wanted a refund. I recieved no apology, just instructions of how to return with them telling me it would be a full day slot for them to pick up the item (despite already waiting in for them for 4 days). Later that day, I recieved another email to say they were sending out the replacement base????? I have recieved this today (11/02/2020) and yes it does now fit but would not use again!!!!”

“I ordered a toy on the 4th of Jan o be delivered in time for my boy’s 1st birthday at the end of Jan. Here we are the 10th of Feb and it STILL hasn’t arrived!!! They kept saying they were deltas then I was told it had been dispatched but that was a while ago. Frankly I would never use these people again.”
