“I Bought a fisher Price buggy from PLO in May it has only been used twice a week so little wear . End of August the screw which attaches the hood to the buggy came out which caused the hood to drop and look all lopsided . The screw is concealed so I couldn’t put it back in.When I messaged PLOs I was told to superglue it back in . After a lot of messages they decided they would change it I have been given several dates when a new one should of turned up .now they have told me the end of November?? I found there after sales very poor !! Quick in taking your money when something goes wrong don’t want to know ! Would not recommend ........”

“I bought a pushchair which arrived a little late but looked beautiful. When I tried to collapse the stroller, it was evident that the mechanism was faulty. I was gutted but asked for a replacement. I was asked to show on a video how the pushchair was faulty. This was impossible because only by touching the catch, was it possible to feel the problem. After a few emails, I was asked to return the stroller at my own expense. The 'experts' assessed it and said there was nothing wrong. Which there blatantly was! I was made to feel like a liar and returning the stroller was difficult. I cancelled a replacement. The customer service was abysmal and the product was poor quality. I would never use the company again.”

“I had to cancel an online order for a travel cot mattress as, due to an incorrect stock number, PreciousLittleOne were unable to send it in the time frame stated at time of purchase. The website said it would be with me by the Friday before a holiday we required it for on the Wednesday. However, I received an email on the Monday saying that it would now be 1-2 weeks due to a stock error. This meant that I had to find an alternative for my 7 month old baby in one day, which resulted in stress and a higher cost. I requested a refund, which was processed relatively quickly. However, it was £2.80 short. I know this isn't much, but it is very annoying to be short-changed by a company that has failed to deliver anything at all! I have contacted them several times since requesting they rectify the situation but have heard nothing back. I'd avoid PreciousLittleOne as they seem unprofessional and lack care for their customers if anything goes wrong.”

“Basket is excellent quality at a fantastic price. Sturdy and very well made, the lining is beautifully soft. Delivery time was even quicker than expected, ordered late on Thursday night and was delivered on the Saturday. Will defiantly be using the site again and recommending it to friends.”

“Getting what I ordered from yourselves was great but the delivery courier (Hermes) I wasn’t impressed with atall! They left my order outside in the rain and my package was not even wrapped and what my order was in, was in a cardboard box which was soaking which meant my actual order inside was wet also!”
