Bad customer service. I ordered my plants on 7th april. I got 76 £ for my plants. Until now nothing, I dnt undestand why they can do slowly like this. I bought it one time and never buy it again. I dnt understand how can they run business without replying email of clients.

Ordered pink jasmine plant for my friends 50th birthday 3 weeks ago. Have not received. No responses to my emails, although they've taken money out of my account. Appalling way to run a business.

Oh my I thought it was just me the company is using the virus as an excuse to treat there customers bad . They kept taking orders even though they couldn’t deliver. Birthday present order for April still not got shame on you

Shame on you primrose. I ordered two hanging baskets still not delivered a month later. No communication nothing. You shouldn't be taking people money and orders if u cant fulfill them

Awful service! Ignored all of my correspondence, after 5 weeks received 2 items out of the 12 that were ordered, both of which had died and were unusable.

Placed my order nearly six weeks go. Received part of my order last week, 2 very sad plants, no word where balance of order is. Can't phone as told on Web page no staff will answer and emails are ignored. Yet company still taking orders. Disgraceful customer service.

Clearly this Company has not thought ahead when the pandemic was at the early stages. You have many complaining customers who you have not delivered their orders to or offered refunds to, me included. What a shoddy company and how wrong to hold onto people’s money and not even contact them back. Despicable service.

We ordered the ‘Large 72cm semi-shade pond plant collection by Pond in a Pot’. We were promised 6 varied pond plants but instead, received 4 unique specimens and 2 identical ones. I contacted Primrose customer service on 01/04/20 and kindly asked if they could either refund me for the duplicate plant or please send us a different type. 10 days later, I received an email with a list of plants, asking which ones I had received (I had received none of them). I emailed them a photograph of my invoice with all the plants I had been sent. Another 10 days passed, when they then asked for further proof by means of a photograph of the 2 identical plants. Several emails have since needlessly gone back and forth, and it has now been 5 weeks since I first contacted Primrose and nothing has been done. Regardless of the situation with COVID-19, my treatment has been awful, and a refund over a month ago would have solved it the issue quickly and simply. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They completely disregard their customers by dragging out issues, prolonging refunds in the hope the customer eventually gives up. If they make a mistake and you contact them, they will send you patronising emails calling you ‘sir’ after every sentence but won’t actually do anything about your issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company and will never shop with Primrose again.

Still waiting for plants ordered over 6 weeks ago. Primrose have decided to block calls from customers and not reply to email. Primrose took my money immediately but apart from confirming my order on March 25th I have heard nothing from them. The last straw was seeing just now that Primrose continue to accept new orders from their website. They should be ashamed of themselves and think of themselves as scammers. Beware and find a different company to do your business with.

Don’t buy from this company. They are using your money to bankroll their company whilst not sending you the plants. They don’t reply to your emails and should be reported to trading standards. Ordered over 6 weeks ago, heard nothing so now need to claim back via my credit card. Avoid

Only half plants turned up. There’s been no contact from the company about a refund. They don’t reply to my emails. I’ve been chasing my £70 refund for two weeks.

Oh dear I wish I’d read the reviews below before placing my order. More of the same for me I’m afraid. Ordered and paid in good faith. No delivery Email out if the blue saying order cancelled no refund as yet. I’ve started a dispute via PayPal

I paid £150 for 2 planters ordered 26th March, still not received - it's now 6th may. I have emailed but received no response, they refuse to communicate by phone. This is a disgrace, I will be taking this further.

Ordered a set of 6 plants with pots, after weeks of no replying four plants arrived poorly packaged. Three plants are correct and one is wrong, so missing 6 pots and three plants. I have emailed on several occasions with no reply, one automatic reply on Facebook (if not automatic, just quickly pasted!). I am so upset, these were a present for my staff who have worked tirelessly over the COVID-19 situation. I still have had no response and have heard nothing, I really would like the rest of my order as I have paid and I would like compensating. They take the money straight away but they then don't reply. I did not even recieve shipping confirmation or tracking details, they simply turned sup out of the blue weeks later!

Do not order anything from this company. They should be shut down. Ordered in middle of march received PART of my order last Thursday goodness knows where the rest is. I've had no communication from them. Not for want of trying on my part. Why are they still allowed to trade ?

I spent £100 to order a plant 1 month ago. I was never able to get any information on it. No tracking, phone number doesn’t work, no reply to my multiple emails. After a month of hoping, I started a legal process to get my money back. The way they display the number of reviews on their website is completely misleading. I’m not sure how is it possible that this company is still allow to trade. There are hundreds and hundreds of clients in my same situation or much worth. With orders of 1k and so on. Hope someone can take action.

Crooks took money and forget about you but Santander are investagating them contact your bank even if you paid through pay pal
