Ordered 2 fruit trees for my mothers birthday at end of May. Delivery started 3-5 days, but mid July still no delivery. Despite taking my money, they haven't replied to numerous email contacts and no phone number to contact them. Avoid this company. Effectively have stolen my £60+

Placed an order months ago for 7ft tall, 18ltr pots of golden bamboo. After chasing numerous times we finally got a delivery of 2 x 5ft golden bamboo and 2 x 5ft black bamboo which arrived half dead. No response to emails, cant call. Have taken money and not delivered the goods paid for. Avoid this company!

Ordered a solar powered fountain. First of all I received an email advising that delivery would be delayed due to the Corona Virus, with no information regarding a new delivery date. With no response to an Email I raised a dispute with Paypal requesting a refund. The fountain arrived a few days later but missing the pump. I advised primrose by email and got an automated response. (They are not contactable by 'phone). After a further 12 days with no word I raised another email and got another automated response. As of today I have received neither a response or a pump. The fountain looks OK hence the two stars but the customer service is non-existent. No I would not buy from them again, Primrose are a trading name for Meika ltd.

Ordered a parasol base that cracked however my problem with Primrose is that I cannot get a response from their customer service team to put it right, no one picking up the phone and emails not answered, over 2 weeks now since I contacted them and no response, terrible customer service. Will never use again.

How I wish I'd read these before ordering my plant , waiting since 6th April, I emailed them to receive 2 automated response, will certainly be requesting a refund via PayPal and referring to trading standards, have also seen the managing directors details on an earlier post, so.....worth a try !!!? Do not use this company, it's a scam using a global pandemic as an excuse to rip people off, shame on you all at Primrose

Don't touch with a barge pole! Ordered solar garden water feature 1st June. Money taken from account immediately and nothing received as of 42 days later. Appreciate Coronavirus has caused issues but after 2 emails with automated response and a 'signed for' letter with no response I am going to get onto my bank fof a refund.

Ordered plants on 2nd April with expected delivery date of 12th April. And 3 months later I eventually got NOTHING!! This is not a real company. They do not and cannot fill any plant orders. They just hold your money until you give up on the products. They do not reply to emails at all. Avoid at all costs!

Waited nearly six weeks for goods which never arrived, the only response to enquiries was a generic email which did not address my complaint Would never trust or deal with them again

Terrible customer service. After 8 weeks they have not delivered 3 items and no answer to my emails to cancel or refund. No phone given. Most of stock delivered was poor. Plants were much less advanced than expected. Many did not survive planting. I spend £190 and given quality would have been about £75 in ordinary garden centre. AVOID!

I ordered some artificial bamboo screening which arrived in good time but as I unwrapped it I found it was damaged in 3 places. I contacted Primose sending photo of damage and receive an acknowledgement. Here several weeks and many emails later - nothing. I have dealt with many companies during the lockdown and Primrose have been he worst. Why don't they employ staff to man the phones? Poor service, it's as if they've got your money and now they don't want to know.

How can a company this bad still be in business? Avoid them like the plague! Customer service is non-existent. They are totally un-contactable. I am going to my bank to get the refund that I require. Now being asked to answer optional questions for this review. None of them are applicable because a) they haven't replied to my queries b) 1 star is too good for the customer service that I haven't received c) I haven't had a refund

Ordered 3 magnolia trees in April arrived today after numerous e mails, what a waste of time and money. I agree with the previous comment they are not worth one star. If you read these reviews don’t order from them . They take your money and don’t deliver what they promise.

I ordered 5 plants on May 1st. One arrived one month later. I emailed customer service to ask about the others. No response. 2 (very small) plants arrived today (6th July) - so, 2 months on from making the order and several emails to customer services down (all with no response), I am yet to receive the rest of my order. I recommend Bakker.com instead, if you are looking to buy plants.

Sorry that should have been NO STARS. Been waiting since April for plants told the would be back in stock mid June so gave them the a little time went on website it says not in stock until mid July. Have asked for a full refund no surprise no reply shocking way to treat customers. Giving till weekend then on to the bank to sort it out. SO NO STARS not even a hint of one

Order placed 9th April .Recieved today 3rd July ! ...waste of money ! Customer service apalling ...Eucalyptus tree 3ft tall not 5ft . My advice is ..DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THIS COMPANY .

This company is the most dodgy company I have ever seen. I ordered 2 trees in one transaction. Only one of them arrived. The 2nd one never arrived. I can't phone them as they are not reachable, so I emailed them at least 5 times for 3 months and no one ever responded to me. I tried to get in touch with them from contact page in their website many times, no response, then i used a customer support email address, used that email for many times, no response. I called my credit card provider to refund me the amount, that was the only way I got my money back. I spent hours and lots of headache. Never use this company, they are fraud. There are much better online plant companies out there which are good and I started using them and no headache.

the are absolutely rubbish, still waiting for my order, and they havent answered my emails, well except for automated ones, stay well clear of these bandits, from waht i camn see they are blaming it on the virus that they cant make delivery times, but they are still taking new orders before they clear the back log, bad practice !
