“When I read the reviews here, I was concerned that I would be one of many who had a bad experience. But in all honesty, I had a pretty good experience with Primrose, apart from one issue. They mistakenly sent me an entire unit of 72 solar lights rather than the one box of 6 I ordered. It took a little while for them to get back to me when I raised a ticket, but once they did, they quickly arranged a courier to come and collect the surplus boxes. I also ordered a selection of plug plants, all of which arrived in perfect health. I've planted them all out and they're all thriving.”

“Crooks ..do not use.They will take your money and then totally ignore you . Send you some silly reply about 2200 emails a day. Probably all complaints”

“FURTHER TO MY REVIEW REGARDING HADLEIGH MISSING CHAIR LEGS THE CHAIRS WITH MISSING ITEMS WERE IN FACT COLLECTED ON THE 19TH BY COURIER AND REPLACEMENT CHAIRS ARRIVED TODAY 22ND COMPLETE 3 DAYS BEFORE PROMISED DELIVERY, CANT FAULT THAT.”
