“Ordered a "day of the dead" graphic face mask with a delivery date of between 7th - 11th August when the ordered was placed
Well, I waited and I waited and I waited and eventually I was given notification that the mask had gone into production and would still make my delivery date . . . except that I got this notification on or around the 20th August, so the delivery slot had already been missed
The mask did turn up - it's a single layer mask, so more of a fashion thing than an actual mask - it's, at best, very average quality. I'll be interested to see how well the "printing" holds up after its first wash . . . I suspect that the colours will fade, it's not filling me with confidence
Given the price for what I got I'd probably not bother again - these Covid mask things - the pretty ones with the pictures on look on them as novelties rather than an proper mask. That OR wear them over a disposable mask . . . that'd work”
“They can't just use pictures of a model, put it on 20+ items and sell it! The model is Koffi.w and he is the photographer (and the model) and NEVER gave permission to end up on a showercurtain! They should contact him at least to ask permission and give him a cut of the profit. This is abuse!”

“Ordered two masks on 31st July, was given delivery date of 13th to 17th August. As at 19th August it's still shown as not produced so blaming Covid19 for shipping delays is ridiculous. Order search system fails to retrieve order details when given correct information. Attempting to email them fails. Will use PayPal complaints system to try and regain my money. Don't use redbubble!”
