I received the wrong t-shirt. I tried for over an hour to contact Redbubble. The phone number was a farce. I put in my name and ORDER number. And they couldn't find it. I will NEVER order from Redbubble again! ZAZZLE is much better.

Face masks are very cheap in quality, 2 layers instead of 3 and barely cover both nose and mouth. The stitches and elastic of the ear loops are exposed and scratch your face. Design does not conform to the face so there are gaps in the sides. So this totally misses the mark in protecting against virus transmission. Advise others to avoid these cheap “masks”.

terrible packaging, items showed up damaged and no effort made to replace them. Will not buy from again.

BUYER BEWARE! I ordered 10 stickers and the transaction went fine. Later got an e-mail saying "payment failed". While I did pay for the products! Now waiting on response. Read countless reviews of people with the same problem. Seems as if RedBubble is a bit of a scam! BUYER BEWARE!

I paid a premium price for what was supposed to be a premium product. Decals peeled off after 4 days. Garbage. I sent customer service an email and their response: "We'll get back in touch." Nothing. Keep your $20 - I will write bad reviews instead online.

This was my first time ordering from this company. I should have checked reviews first! I placed order May 27 and paid extra to have it delivered on June 17th. Well that date has come and gone and of course my credit card got charged already! I have contacted them but so far no reply. I told them I wanted a credit on my CC for additional fee I paid but haven't heard anything about that. Hope to hear something from them soon. While the theme of the shirts is great so far I can't recommend them based on the service so far.

There are super unique items on Redbubble. It was easy to find what I was looking for, ordering was easy too and the customer support was there when needed and super friendly, so that's a big plus too. The quality of the items I've bought (blanket and cushion) is great and I would and will gladly buy from Redbubble again. :-)

I'm another person with a horrible review of Redbubble. I ordered multiple shirts and none are nice. The two problems I have (and others do too) is that 1) the t-shirt quality is extremely low. If you're expecting quality like AS Color or even the budget Uniqlo shirts, you're going to be extremely disappointed with this stuff. 2) the 'print' is an iron on transfer of the worst quality. The margins are horrible, the colour palette is washed out, and the graphic is pixelated. You could do better at home. Don't do it, trust me.

I ordered masks on 5/15 and today is 6/17 and still no order received. I believe that month with no updates is bad customer service. I do not recommend this company to anyone.

I’ve ordered many times previously and have never had as bad of an issue as recently. They say many of their issues are due to Covid and try to place blame on other party shippers but meanwhile they take weeks to even make a shipping label? After many emails the general response I keep getting is along the lines of “it seems your order is delayed, don’t worry your orders on its way. Wait another two weeks.” Meanwhile the shipping info provided has no updates what so ever. They seem very intent on making you wait instead of giving you the option to cancel/refund. I wouldn’t mind the wait, I understand the state of the world, but I don’t appreciate the run around and lack of transparency. That’s not acceptable. I’ve ordered stuff from AliExpress that’s come quicker. Save your frustration,time,and your money, order elsewhere. Never Again.

I ordered two t-shirts from the same designer on 01/05/2020 and the stimated delivery was between 07/05-12/05. The first thing that upset me was that Redbubble charged the delivery cost for each T-shirt. I asked customer service the reason and I was told the items although made by the same designer they will be made by different manufacturers and they will be delivery in different parcels. At the end, the order arrived on 03/06/2020 and both came in the same package!. I didn't buy them on ebay where they were £8 each and the delivery time just 5 days (free), because I though the quality was going to be better. But they are the same Gildan cheap T-shirt quality at £15+5delivery each!I attached a pic of two T-shirts, the one on the left is from Fantucci and the one from the right is one of the two t-shirts I bought from Redbubble. From the pic you can notice the poor quality of the Gildan t-shirt with a faded print and poor black color. NEVER AGAIN WILL BUY FROM THIS SITE.

Sent for tee weeks ago still waiting. We have no order number which was not given by the sale went through. We can't track it so we just have to continue waiting . From what I have read about shipping from others is it may take months . That's redbubble . Next time Amazon.

customer service nonexistent. unable to speak with anyone. placed (2) separate orders, none have arrived, but money was immediately taken out of bank account when orders were placed. am filing claim w/ bank for refund because of services not rendered. 100 negative stars.

Redbubble could not have provided a better service. I had a mix up with my address, and my parcel did not arrive, they were on the ball with all replies, got back to me very quickly at all times. Once it became clear that the parcel was not going to turn up they sent another out very quickly and changed the address for me so I would be sure to receive it. The parcel arrived today and all items are good quality and as expected. I can't thank them enough for sorting out my issue and providing excellent customer service throughout. This is not the first time I have ordered from here and it definitely won't be the last.

Purchased a throw and cushion covers for $150 NZ...the worst quality...I would turn it down if it was offered to me free. Looked nothing like the photo. Was so looking forward to them and is such an expensive disappointment. I reckon $20 would have been a fair price. Will never buy from here again!

Ordered items 6 weeks ago. First package never showed up. Sent an email, they allegedly sent a replacement. It too never arrived. What are the odds both packages didn’t arrive? Amazon and regular parcels arrived no problem during the same time frame. I got my money back. Don’t waste your time with this company.

*WARNING! DON'T ORDER FROM THEM! * Redbubble is not even worth 1 star. I bet all the 5 star reviews on here are scam artist who work for them. Ordered in the 1st week of March, nothing came. Notified them in 1st week of April, they told me another will be sent out. It is the end of May now and still nothing. I'm from NZ & it's not a covid/border/shipping problem, as other items I have purchased from overseas have arrived.
