“Used to be good and reliable. Recently, some t-shirts I have ordered have come with un-centered prints. When I ask for a remake, it takes a week for customer service to get back to me. And then after another week tell you: "sorry, that color is out of stock for the forseeable future". The last example was a large navy blue tri-blend t-shirt... how can you not stock the most basic of sizes/colors?
So many cool designs I'd still like to buy, but now i'm going to stop shopping there.”
“Really poor quality. I ordered a framed print, and the print is dark and blurry compared to the image on their site. You can't even tell what it's supposed to be. The frame looks cheap and unfinished, like somebody's kid made it. I am beyond disappointed.”
“Got my order in just a few days, t-shirts are great quality and the prints are perfect, also, thanks for the little extra surprise thrown in the bag!”
“I am deeply unhappy with the material quality of the tri-blend T-shirt I recently ordered. It's much larger and much thinner than the M I purchased five years ago from the same site - practically see-through. I will not be shopping at redbubble again. They've gone corporate-greed mode, abandon ship.”
“Avoid them at all cost.
Boy, if I could only leave negative stars... this company more than deserves it. Because of my one experience, I certainly won't use them again.
Simply, I placed an order. The decals arrived damaged due to improper packaging. A replacement was sent *against my wishes, (I was beyond skeptical - for good reason) which also arrived damaged.
Seeing the damage from the first envelope I suggested in numerous emails adding “DO NOT BEND” to the outside of the envelope. I also suggested that something firm should be be added to the inside of the envelope. I felt obligated to assist so that I could get *flat decals Both suggestions were ignored. I told them that since both envelopes arrived damaged, I would not be interested in a third shipment. I begged for help, asking for an expedited refund so that get past this horror. The told me it could take nearly 2 weeks.
Know that their customer service is awful and they have no phone lines. Their emails are so lengthy, and full of blah, blah, blah, blah, blah... you want to scream at them to just. address. the issue.
Eventually I got the refund, so here I sit, to share and warn.”
“Ordered shirt with picture of Standard Collie sent me shirt with picture of Sheltie .
There is nothing on this sight that I want so credit is useless . So I'm out 31.12 for a T shirt .”
“The prices on stickers are decent, but they are overshadowed by Redbubble's insane shipping prices. To top it off, the product is always late. It never arrives in the window of time they predict. Going to look elsewhere for my sticker fix.”
“Not worth selling on. They take too much money in fees. The amount of money that goes is well over 90 percent. It started off good made some good money but now they have gotten greedy and now leave artists out of pocket. Very discouraging for artists”
“Did not receive item during estimated delivery date range and was then told to wait longer. Emailed support again and have to wait for support to respond again (which takes a while).”
“They sent me the wrong item and refuse to do anything. I got one email back. Any other communication goes nowhere. I sent the photos they requested e Ben sent the item back and nothing is going to happen.”
“my order is 6 days late. says it should’ve arrived today at the latest when i talked to them yesterday. GUESS WHAT it’s not here…. hopefully i’ll get refund if nothing comes in.”
“I ordered a shirt with the expectation of it being delivered on a certain day, because I needed it for an event, paid for express delivery so it would be here when needed. It's being delivered a day after I need/wanted it.I understand this happen, however I'm very disappointed. Not sure I would purchase anything from Redbubble again.”
“Paid for express shipping for a t-short to arrive on my son’s birthday. The shirt arrived one week after the guaranteed delivery date. There is no option on the “contact us” for anyone to talk to a human being and no option with the autobot to request reimbursement for the express shipping charge. In short, customer support is non-existant”
“I paid for express delivery on the understanding that this would arrive on my son’s birthday. It did not arrive. According to Redbubble tracking, this product was shipped four days prior to the guaranteed delivery date. It did not arrive. According to FedEx, the label was created but nothing else has happened. I tried to reach customer service, but their service bot could not understand plain English. All attempts to communicate with somebody sent me round in circles. If there was a zero stars, I would have chosen it”
“As an artist that sells on redbubble, this company has made it pretty much impossible to make a profit whatsoever. To begin with, they have always taken a large portion of the profits from each sale, which fair enough, money needs to go towards manufacturing and logistics etc, I didn't have a complaint towards that. However, last year they implemented the dumbest arbitrary "account fee" system, which basically takes away another large chunk of whatever meagre profit we were making to begin with.
As an example:
Last month, I sold £21.6 worth of products. After deducting manufacturing costs etc., I received a profit margin of £5.4. Then, after deducting this month's account fee, I'm left with £2.4 worth of earnings!!! From £21.6 to £2.4... so i'm basically earning 10% of my sales, whilst redbubble is pocketing 90% of my sales. This is extremely discouraging to all artists, and I'm seriously considering closing down my account because of this.”
“This company is beyond irresponsible. Your order only arrives about 50% of the time. There is no phone number to get help. Quality is dubious as well.”
